Ottimo.

Pros: Appartamento bello, comodo e con ottima vista. Silenzioso, luminoso e ben riscaldato.

Cons: Manca la lavatrice che, nel caso di un soggiorno piuttosto lungo, servirebbe. Migliorabile l'oscuramento notturno delle uniche finestre con le tende.
