Amazing location, amazing facilities, authentic.

Pros: Everything about this place screams authentic, and in that I'm not even including the Nonna who lives on the second floor and is always ready to help. The beds were comfortable if a tiny bit short, the location was great with a very short walk to the gondola. Parking Space with Empel and even for larger groups we were with nine it was perfectly doable to cook at Home multiple Times during.

Perfect place for enjoyable stay

Pros: We are very satisfied. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, which ensured a relaxing stay. A huge advantage is the great location. The apartment is located super close to the ski gondola. The kitchen was very well equipped, we lacked nothing during our stay. Special recognition goes to the owner, very kind, warm, and helpful lady. We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was good.

Pros: Location very walkable to restaurants and bars and supermarkets. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Great location to access the mountains around Canazei.

Really great stay close to ski lifts

Pros: Really great apartment in a smaller block of a few apartments. Good parking - free and close by Location to lift is really good - 100m max walk Two rental shops within 20m - one of them owned by the owner of this unit Very clean and comfortable / warm / quiet

Cons: Could have done with more kitchen wear, we were in 4 so ok, but only 6 of everything meant having to put on dish washer every meal Missing some things like cleaning products (cloths) / bin bags (only given one at start) No oil/salt/pepper All resolved by going to the shop down the road… Nothing major but hopefully useful feedback

Would definitely stay here again when we come to the Dolomites.

Pros: The owners are lovely. The location is brilliant and short walk to the gondola. The owners also own the rental shop so very convenient and that process was super easy also! Very spacious. All the kitchen utensils needed. The one bathroom was newly renovated. Check in and out was very easy! Had everything we needed. Parking is literally right outside so very convenient to get in and out. We went to the Fassa falcons ice hockey game down the street two times while there and could walk there and back. Everything is close by. Ski locker room to put all of our skis and boots was spacious. Also the swimming center is also just up the street which we went to and would recommend. One of the photos below is the view from the front door.

Cons: The washing machine didn’t work but we didn’t bother asking the owner so it potentially could have. We just used the one across the street as it has a massive drum so we did one load for all 5 of us for like €10. The beds aren’t entirely comfortable after a day of skiing. Honestly nothing BAD about it just those couple things if I HAD to choose something I didn’t like.

Pros: Parking on site. Very close to ski lift. Close to restaurants. Nice bathroom(s). Huge amount of storage space and cabinets for clothes and ski stuff. Charming hostess. Reasonable price.

Cons: No dislikes . It took a little while to figure out how to operate the (exterior) blinds for the windows. Quite obvious once you notice the strap. It's a european thing, not seen in north america.

Fantastic intermediate skiing holiday with awesome Italian hospitality.

Pros: Really comfortable and great location. Bonus for ski hire and very friendly family business.

Cons: Could have better kitchen utensils for preparing meals but it was worth it and they took the feedback with pleasure.

Pros: Excellent location, close by the centre. Wonderful host, very kind and attentive. Very clean and comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Extremely clean and lovely house. The host Tiziana was very nice and attentive. Close to bus and chairlifts. We would stay here again.

Cons: Having a little table and chairs on the balcony for meals would have been nice. All the pillows were the same. A selection of different pillows would be a nice addition.

We really enjoyed our stay and the property owner was both delightful and helpful.

Pros: Excellent location, close to ski hire and lift. Basic accommodation but very clean. Plenty of very hot water available all the time. Good value.

Cons: A kettle would have been useful
