Memorable experience and unforgettable level of service from staff

Wonderful family owned and run hotel in a fabulous part of the world

Pros: It was fabulous from the moment we checked in and were kindly gifted a free upgrade! We found the hotel generally so wonderful, as well as the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the facilities onsite as well as the hotel bar that had such delicious wine options. We booked the rate inclusive of breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing. The hotel was conveniently located and had stunning views everywhere you looked! Highly recommend travelling in October, the weather was lovely for hiking.

Cons: This is super nit-picky but the pillows could have been comfier!

Couldn’t beat the location

Pros: The location was great, cable carts for both Seceda and Alpe Di Sussi were walkable (~5mins). The rooms are cosy and clean, and the spa facilities are great. We also didn’t realise that afternoon snacks were included which was a great bonus.

Cons: Only satellite tv available in the rooms, which as an English speaker made the evenings a little dull when you just want to relax in your room before bed. It would be great if the hotel could offer streaming services (Netflix, Disney etc.)

Perfect place for a getaway! Cosy & close by to town. Friendly & helpful staff

Pros: Concierge at reception were fantastic! Assisted us with all the hikes and town information for a pleasant stay. Room was spacious and so many amenities.

Cons: Nothing!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in

Pros: Fantastic place to stay. Location was flawless, staff were perfect, facilities were immaculate. I have never stayed in the same hotel twice before, but I will be going back

Cons: When staying here, I would recommend not eating at the hotel every night. This is NOT a criticism of the food they serve here, as it is lovely, but the food in Ortisei is just as good so make sure you vary it up

We would come back as often as possible. 10/10

Pros: This was one of our best stays ever. We were a young people and the youngest people around but we felt very at home. Everything is top notch and the hotel is like a family. We got to know every single person there, including the staff, the owners and all the guests They organise hikes everyday, trails that you wouldn’t find yourself. Also breakfast hikes, and even did a bbq for all the guests. Some of the best food we had were on these organised events

Cons: There’s nothing not to like with a gym, solarium, pool, indoor and outdoor sauna, views of the mountains, afternoon snacks every evening, and bunch of events. Only thing to note, there is no AC, which makes sense given the altitude but the world is definitely getting hotter..

Pros: Excellent historic hotel! The facilities were modern and spotless in a unbeatable location. The restaurante was delicious with high quality, local food.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and fabulous location with the perfect backdrop. All the staff were fabulous and very attentive. We could not fault the service(s) provided by this hotel. In particular we enjoyed spending time with the hotel’s personal hiking guide George (no additional cost), who was fabulous. We would highly recommend this hotel for its service, location and value for money.
