Pros: The location was extremely central so everything such as the cable cars and eateries all within a short walk. The room and interior of the overall hotel were brilliant- staff were very warm from the first moment of welcoming us. Loved sitting on the balcony at night and early moment and take in the beauty of the town- would highly recommend.

Cons: Loved the overall experience so can’t think of anything negative to say about the hotel or staff!

Perfect! Especially for couples.

Pros: The Hotel exceed our expectations. The location could not be more perfect (very convenient, near bust stop and cable cars) and the views from our room were unreal (Superior King Room). The stuff was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

Cons: Bistro COSMO was closed.

Relaxing hotel with great staff and facilities!

Pros: Great hotel, wonderful breakfast and really friendly staff (especially the hotel cat Yoshi!). We had a great time and we were impressed by the free wellness facilities, we had the sauna room to ourselves and it was very relaxing.
