Lovely breakfast staff, nice big room and super central to town area.

Pros: We have stayed here several times and have allways been very happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and create a very welcoming environment. We had a problem with our car and one of the hotel staff walking past told us to park in the hotel garage and asked if we needed him to contact a garage to repair the car. Luckily we were able to fix it ourselves and drove it around to the garage.

Truly a wonderful place to stay in Ortisei.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at B&B Villa Angelino as all the staff we encountered were highly professional, courteous, helpful and friendly from the reception to housekeeping. We booked two rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we were told that one of our rooms was upgraded to a Double room with balcony. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well lit. Very convenient location as it is close to the Centro and the bus stands. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast spread was good and the petite lady in charge of the breakfast area is so friendly, cheerful and chirpy. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Our thanks to the staff who made our visit to Ortisei a memorable one!

Pros: It was a wonderful experience at absolutely beautiful place. Staff was friendly and ready to answer any questions. I loved that breakfast was included hence lots of places are closed for the season. The spa was amazing. I ve decided to get a massage after two long days of hiking and Stephania was an absolute master of her craft,highly recommend her.

Pros: Highly recommend. The location is just 5-10 min from the cable car and village which is very convenient for all the activities. We were upgraded to the main building and rooms are spacious and comfortable. The afternoon snack is also a plus. The best part is their service and staff. They found my son’s pouch we forgot in the room after we checked out and they immediately sent email to inform me. Definitely will stay there again when I come back to visit in future.

Pros: Wonderful hotel! Modern, everything is convenient. I received a free room upgrade and a QR code for free use of the pool (in town) and buses (including the one back to Bolzano station, which worked). The restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. It's very cozy and comfortable! Delicious breakfasts. I recommend it!

Cons: It was a little cold in the room (mid-October)

Amazing stay in the Dolomites

Pros: We were upgraded to the Hotel for free and had an amazing stay. Very nice large room and amazing bathroom. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast each morning as well as cake in the afternoon. 4 saunas, indoor/outdoor pool and a spa. It was in a good location to walk to the gondolas. I would definitely come back and also recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: Typical western breakfast, love to come back before stay they give full instructions to get their with the bus pass to make the transportation smoothly.

Cons: If not driving car make have to drag luggage for few hundred meters but I guess it's same everywhere in Europe.

Pros: Beautiful property. Good location close to the lifts. Friendly staff and great breakfast.
