Enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Bright and sparkling clean apartment perched over vineyards, right at the end of the village. Christiana is a welcoming host. Close to the fabulous MMM fermian museum in the castle down the hill.

Serenity and Splendor: A modern oasis with all you'd ever need offering views over the vineyards.
Pros: The location was so perfect for us and our dog. It was in the middle of the country and we loved waking up to the views over the orchards and vineyards. The apartment was so clean and had everything you could need for a long or short stay. We were there for two days and felt perfectly at home. The local town is so beautiful and has supermarkets to get the essentials. There are some lovely restaurants in the area as well. In the evenings we loved walking up the country lane and through the vineyards, it was perfection!

Pros: Perfect location in the vineyard, with view. Big balcony for outside rest/eating. Close to the villages Colterenzio and Girlan (both with excellent winneries). High quality restaurants in walking distance. Welcoming owner. No problems with keys and checkout. Reserved parking space.

Pros: Die Hunde und ich wurden äußerst nett empfangen! Alles war unkompliziert, sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Es gab einen dazugehörigen Parkplatz. Zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt wären es etwa 15 Minuten zu laufen, mit dem Auto kann man dort aber auch auf alle Fälle leicht parken. Immer wieder gerne! Dankeschön liebe Cristina!

Comfort elevato a prezzo vantaggioso
Pros: Non sono solito a lasciare recensioni, se non estremiste. Qui lo faccio per segnalare la meritata eccellenza dell'appartamento: moderno, confortevole, caloroso, luminoso, isolato, ben dotato e curato nei dettagli, PULITISSIMO. Materassi tendenzialmente morbidi e comodi. La proprietaria Cristiana é indubbiamente gentile e premurosa, cominciando con un accomondante sorriso che anticipa la presenza di un dolce spuntino sul tavolo. Se ne apprezza infine la flessibilità e l'ampio buon senso manifestato. Ho fruito di svariati appartamenti per brevi soggiorni lavorativi, questo é quello che più mi é piaciuto. Grazie molte!
Cons: Non è una nota negativa ma una segnalazione oggettiva: le persiane (elettriche!) sono silenziose ma non garantiscono, nelle camere, l'assoluta schermatura dalla luce esterna. Se siete PARTICOLARMENTE sensibili, consiglio l'uso preventivo di una mascherina notturna.

Supertolle Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung
Pros: Das Apartment ist super. Ganz neu und extrem sauber. Tolle große Terasse und extra Balkon vor dem Doppelzimmer. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Waschmaschine. Gute Handtücher und Matratzen. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Lift. Und Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Cristiana hat uns professionell und freundlich empfangen und begleitet. Sie ist eine gute Gastgeberin. Danke!
Cons: Leider wird gerade direkt vis a vis ein Hotel errichtet. Die Balkone gehen in Richtung der großen Terasse von Azalea. Und man sieht in das Wohnzimmer hinein. Das könnte die Privatsphäre stören. Wir werden trotzdem wieder buchen weil sonst alles perfekt war

Pros: tutto, la location, la tranquillità notturna, posizione in mezzo ai vigneti in questa stagione con colori bellissimi, un posto da viverci.

הדירה עצמה מצוינת ונוחה, ענתה על הצרכים שלנו ותואמת את התיאור באתר.
Pros: הדירה היתה סופר נקיה. דירה חמודה, נוחה. תואמת לתיאור באתר ולתמונות. יש חניה פרטית, מעלית. האיזור שקט, וגם את השכנים בבניין לא הרגשנו ולא שמענו. יש תריסים חשמליים בכל החלונות, אפילו באמבטיה. מאוד נוח. אם כי התריסים לא אטומים לגמרי לאור, וזה יכול להפריע למי שמאוד רגיש.
Cons: קצת העיקו 2 אי הבנות שהיו עם בעלת הבית. הכל נפתר, אבל כדאי לשים לב לתקשורת ולוודא את העניינים האלה מראש אם עושים הזמנה. ראשית, לפי בוקינג שילמתי 20 יורו על ניקיון והיה כתוב שאצטרך לשלם עוד 5 יורו עבור מסים במזומן. אבל יום לפני שהגעתי בעלת הבית כתבה לי שאני צריכה לשלם לה 20 יורו במזומן עבור ניקיון ו-8 יורו עבור מסים. התעקשתי שזה לא מה שכתוב בבוקינג, ואמרתי לה שאם היא מתעקשת על זה אז אני אשלם לה, אבל אבקש ממנה קבלה מפורטת שאוכל להעביר לבוקינג ולבקש החזר. בסופו של דבר היא בדקה עם בוקינג וחזרה אליי עם תשובה שזו היתה טעות של בוקינג אבל שהיא תספוג אותה ושאני לא צריכה לשלם את 20 היורו. אבל שהמסים עומדים על 8 יורו ושהיא עידכנה את בוקינג לגבי הטעות. עניין שני הוא שהזמנתי את הדירה עבור מבוגר + 2 ילדים. סימנתי באתר שאני מבקשת מיטות נפרדות אבל זה כנראה לא עבר אליה, והיא פשוט הניחה שאני אשן במיטה זוגית עם אחד הילדים וסידרה מצעים רק עבור מיטת יחיד אחת בחדר הנפרד. כשהגעתי לדירה כתבתי לה שאני מבקשת מצעים עבור המיטה השניה, והיא ענתה שאין לה אפשרות לשלוח אף אחד לדירה ולהביא לי מצעים. אחרי שהתעקשתי שככה אנחנו לא נישן, והצעתי לה שאני אסע לקחת מצעים מאיפה שצריך, ואחרי שהיא כעסה עליי שלא ביקשתי מראש, בסוף היא שלחה מישהי לסדר את המיטה עבורנו. אז זה נגמר בסדר, אבל הותיר טעם קצת מר בשני הצדדים. ודבר נוסף לגבי הדירה - לשים לב שאין במטבח אפילו מלחיה או קצת שמן, שלא לדבר על חומר ניקוי למדיח. צריך להביא הכל.
