Villa Riadezeto - Stayincortina

Pros: Great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants.

Great place to base your holiday.

Pros: The location was fantastic we were able to walk into the main part of Cortina in a few minutes. The views were stunning from every window.

Cons: There were no tea, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper. These little things make your stay so much better.

Would stay here again

Pros: Location was superb 50 mtrs to Faloria cable car 100mtrs to centre of Cortina Very quiet but very close to village

Cons: Hot water had to be reset almost every day not a major problem just annoying

Nice apartment conveniently located with plenty of parking space.

Pros: The apartment was quite spacious with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space and plenty of room for free parking in the allotted area and nearby. It was a short walk from the apartment to the town centre, restaurants and shops. The shop 'La Cooperativa di Cortina' was a real find. Not cheap, but excellent for food and virtually anything else you could possibly want. The wine department was especially good. We were given 1 set of keys for the main entrance, and 2 additional keys that both fitted a side door. We were therefore able to give each couple on out party their own keys to enter and leave the property. The keys were collected and returned to a hotel in the town centre. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The whole apartment is a bit tired and old. It has the feeling of something that has only just come on the market after elderly residents moved out. We didn't mind that, and I am sure the price would be increased if it was entirely refurbished. It smelt a bit fusty on entry and there as dust behind some of the doors. It felt as though we were the first people in it for some time. The equipment was OK, but again it was very old. Some new glasses, beakers, and crockery would improve things. The WiFi was OK at 16.9mbps download speed, but coverage across the apartment was not so good. A newer router would fix this as the apartment is not so big that range should be a problem.

Pros: Gorgeous view of the mountains and town. Large balcony to relax. Close to the bus station, though it's a winding road up. 2 bathrooms and kitchen were well-equipped. Clean. Although the furniture was old, it didn't feel shabby. It felt like a cozy mountain chalet.

Cons: The bathroom key was fiddly and it was difficult to insert in the right position to unlock the door. The electric kettle could only be used with the socket for the washing machine. It was inconvenient to move the kettle to the ground. It would be great if an adapter or appropriate socket was provided.

Pros: Location, spacious and clean apartment, two bathrooms, nice balcony and view, friendly service.

Nice flat in an excellent location in an excellent ski resort.

Pros: Great central location to access the Faloria cablecar, town, ticket office and transport links. The mountain, church and town views were great and several mornings a group of deer walked past the flat, which was great to see!

Great place for ski in/out, with amazing views and spacious rooms (including a living room)

Pros: The apartment is located in walking distance from the Faloria Ski lift/Gondola and it has beautiful views. The apartment is very spacious (2 bedrooms and a living room) and well organized, suitable for 4-5 people. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. It has its own free parking. Huge balcony and great views. The host /management team are very responsive by text or call.

Cons: Place is outdated, even though for some people it may look & feel rustic. The floors and doors are squeaking. Boiler is small so hot water ends very quickly when showering. Also they request to clean the place before you check out: wash all the dishes, take the trash out, etc or they will charge 50 euros for cleaning. The cleaning is not included in the 300+ euro / night

Pros: Sehr gute und zentrale Lage , tolle Aussicht , ziemlich große Wohnung mit typische Ausstattung ( Holzmöbel ) für Winterresort , ist perfekt für die Familie , wir hatten tolle Zeit dort Die Wohnung war vorgeheizt und war sehr warm als wir ankamen, es war sehr nett von Vermieter :)

Cons: Wasserkocher hat nicht funktioniert

Pros: Appartamento in legno datato ma di qualità molto caldoe luminoso

Cons: Periodo con molti cantieri che rende difficile il movimento.
