Good place for a reasonable price

Pros: Nice cozy apartment, enough for 4 people, with good kitchen space, big parking, close to everything.

Cons: Would be nice to have a washer, to wash clothes after hikes

Pros: The location is superb and it is easily accessible next to the front door on the ground floor. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and while cosy, was spacious enough for the four of us. The comms from the owner was excellent. It is also very good value for money. The Dolomiti bus stops for skiing are nearby, and the centre of the town is five minutes walk away for drinks and dinners.

Cons: Just be aware that if you wanted to cook at home the kitchen doesn't have an oven (only a microwave). That said, there are so many excellent and reasonable restaurants in the town it's unlikely you'll want to stay in!

Good value for family stay

Pros: Very convenient location with a private car parking spot. Price is also affordable. Easy guidance for check in and out. Swift response from it’s management team.

Cons: The room was bit cold for our family. Cooking instruments were not enough for people who wants to cook meals.

Great place to stay during the Olympics! Extremely close to everything.

Pros: Great location, super close to everything. Apartment is warm and comfortable and has a reasonable kitchen for the size of the apartment. Very easy check in, and if we'd needed parking it was available. Host was very communicative. Absolutely stunning town!

Cons: The beds were very firm.

Pros: La casa sembra appena stata ristrutturata, era molto pulita e la cucina disponeva di tutti gli utensili necessari. Matteo è un host reattivo, ci ha dato anche un sacco di consigli utili sulla zona. L'appartamento oltretutto dispone di due posti per parcheggiare ed è in una posizione stupenda, lo consiglio vivamente Alla prossima!! Grazie ancora

Cortina in Autunno vale il viaggio

Pros: Cortina d'Ampezzo è sempre bellissima. In Autunno con il sole è splendida. La casa è vicinissima al centro ed è molto accogliente. La cucina, benché piccola, è pienamente funzionale.

Cons: Si consiglia di sostituire le tende alla veneziana.

Posto meraviglioso

Pros: La struttura a due passi dal centro Accogliente e munita di ogni confort

Pros: Apartamentul frumos si confortabil, situat chiar in centrul Cortinei . Bucătăria a fost fost foarte bine echipată si baia spațioasa . A fost un loc minunat pentru a explora zona de frumusețe a Dolomitilor

Cons: Din cauza mobilierului vechi, in apartament era un miros neplăcut .

Piacevole settimana in alloggio in stile alpino nel centro di Cortina

Pros: Appartamento arredato in stile alpino all'interno di un piccolo condominio in stile baita nel centro di Cortina (a ridosso del parcheggio). Dimensioni dell'alloggio ideali per un nucleo di 3 persone, anche se dotato di 4 posti letto (un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli in camera realizzata all'interno di un vano separato dalla zona giorno tramite porta scorrevole ma senza finestra con illuminazione diretta sul vano). Il bagno è stato sicuramente rifatto recentemente, in stile moderno. Nel complesso rapporto prezzo qualità molto buono considerando il luogo e la posizione, oltre a quanto sopra descritto. Ottima comunicazione dal parte dell'affittuario (ricevute informazioni tempestive e anche un flyer pdf con tutte le indicazioni necessarie- cosa non comune). Le foto pubblicate corrispondono tutte all'alloggio utilizzato.

Cons: La temperatura all'interno dell'alloggio è controllata da termostato programmato e non modificabile, e sembrava funzionare a fasce orario, e spesso la percezione era di stare in un ambiente un po' freddo.

Pros: Matteo foi muito prestativo e gentil. Deixamos nossa bagagem antes do horario e ele providenciou um taxi para nos na saida. A localizacao é excelente, bom banho colchoes bons. A cozinha é muito pequena mas muito bem equipada. A decoraçao é excessiva e da ao apartamento uma sensação de abafamento. O sofa precisa de reforma ou ser trocado por um menor.
