Pros: Great price value. Excellent for summer holiday with a car in Dolomiti. The interior is nice and quite authentic. Gave a lovely feel of the region. Facilities worked well.
Cons: The bed mattress was uncomfortable for my taste. Outdoor flower beds could be not wilted and seating furniture renewed.

Great place, would certainly stay there again if we were planning to be back!
Pros: It's a whole-house rental, the organization of kitchen wares was a little strange from what we're used to, but eventually we found most of what was needed. I would say some of the pans should be replaced, otherwise we were very happy with what was provided. Refrigerator and freezer were small by USA standards but totally adequate and worked very well. The beds were quite firm - and surprisingly ok despite that. Bathroom facilities were very clean and worked well, not sure I see the value in bidets but never having used one I mostly see it as a thing to work around, rather than with. Both bathrooms have one. One shower in one of the bathrooms, the other was smaller but it provided plenty of access for our group of 5 people. Hinges for doors and windows in bedrooms allow amazing options for ventilation compared to what we have typically in the USA, can hinge at bottom with small tilt open at top, or at the side with full hinge opening. Very nice!
Cons: Hot water takes a LONG time to get to the shower in the morning, if that's the first thing you do. Be ready to wait for a while, after that it was excellent. Fairly common in Europe for no window screens to be installed, which meant that mosquitoes can come in at night when we're trying to cool off the room, with predictable results. There were very few there, so not as big of an issue as where we stayed at another place in Austria, but it's such an easy thing to prevent... Parking is a little weird, apparently there is a neighbor nearby who for some reason has strong preferences about where we should park our car. Then there was ANOTHER renter nearby who was directed to park exactly where we did - this led to us moving which didn't have any negative consequences that I ever heard, just a little odd. The first parking place is close to some kind of recessed, concrete-covered trap door (as in for a septic system, maybe?), we nearly drove into the hole due to their directions and arriving / departing at night. Once we knew it was there it was easy to avoid. It's deep enough that you might actually get stuck if you ended up in the hole with a small-clearance rental car.

This is a typical and beautiful place to stay.
Pros: Wonderful view and very cozy and comfortable - quiet with adequate area outside of there are children or adults who enjoy being outside.
Cons: This property is about a mile from the city center. Nice walking path to town however.
