Pros: It was very cosy and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was delicious

Pros: The room was cozy, clean and confortable. Breakfast was very decent. Checkin was fast and efficient.

Cons: The room is on the first floor and there is a lot of noise from the staff late in the evening when they close the restaurant and early in the morning when they prepare the breakfast. Pack some earplugs and it's fine,but it would be better if they addressed that.

Cons: In general we liked everything… If I had to give any constructive criticism maybe then pillows could be softer. It’s the only thing that comes to mind

Pros: The personal was so nice and it was always clean inside my room.It is only 10 km far from Cortina d’Ampezzo so you can get there easily.The view is amazing all around.
