Wonderful experience with exceptionally friendly staff

Pros: Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, including the GM Daniele who was always there for us. The “all can do” attitude was amazing! We had a dog with us and he became a true mascot for the staff and the other guests as well. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious salty and sweet options. We opted HB and it included the dishes of the day plus other options on the fixed menu, which all were really good. The wine list included over 150 carefully picked wines (by Daniele) mainly from Italy and France. The rooms were large enough and nicely decorated. The Spa section was very elegant with the full sized pool, the Turkish hammam and the Finnish sauna. The gym was equipped with an adequate set of Tecnogym free weights (professional bar + plates more than 100kg) and a stepper and bike equipment. The shuttle service worked like a clock for us when we went to ski and then back to the resort.

Pros: absolutely great service in every area, staff was very friendly and helpful very nice pool, SPA area is mimimalistic but beautifully designed with a fcous on natural materials like stone and wood our room was also nice, we liked the open but calm interior design and the attention to details complimentary transport shuttle to the ski slopes and busy town centre is a big plus and keeps the stress level low

Cons: not everything in the breakfast selection is of the highest quality and the breakfast room does not have the beautiful views that the restaurant area has

Pros: Breakfast was excellent with an extremely good selection. We were looked after very well by Marcimo who made sure we had everything that we needed, remembered our coffee preferences and had refills ready before we asked- Perfect. The pool, spa and sauna were wonderful after a day out on the mountains.

Pros: The breakfast with Maximo as a waiter was the best breakfast I’ve ever experienced.

Pros: Everything was amazing. The room, the facility and the service. This was probably the best stay we had during our 4 week trip in Italy. We did not want to leave. A huge thank you to the staff. They were so kind and helpful. They were hard workers with the best attitude. My husband and I are already planning a trip back.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect

Service and food was really exceptional here, better than a number of even more expensive places.

Pros: The service was exceptional, the main waiter at breakfast remembered our bespoke orders and offered them to us each day.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with good atmosphere, comfortable and clean. The staff, especially Massimo at breakfast, were attentive and friendly. Overall, a great stay.

Cons: The only concern is related to the spa area. Unfortunately, some guests take phone calls on loudspeaker or speak loudly. This makes it less relaxing than expected. It would be good if the staff could pay more attention to maintaining a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere in the spa.
