Great Hotel and location , just need a few improvements in the rooms

Pros: Great Location, Great bar and terrace with a fantastic view. Staff very lovely & attentive.

Cons: Uncomfortable hard bed and polyester pillows which I don't expect in a 5 star Hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and great staff, would go there again if in the region.

Pros: The location of the hotel is exceptional and the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The arrangement with the car and Skiroom was very good. The service of the room was excellent as well as the staff in the morning in the breakfast room.

Cons: The only thing that put me off was the shower in the bathtub.

Cozy 5 star excelence for families!

Pros: Top location at the entrance of cortina easy access by car and easy for the ski school ballet to pick us up to the slopes. Super kids friendly! During Christmas they had many festivities singers, Santa giving gifts. Really good food, enjoyed the BBQ that the restaurant offers. Really good service! I regret not worrying this review earlier as I forgot the names of the people who work there. All really helpful and professional! Paolo the concierge really top on my list! Big thank you to everyone. And see you next year

Pros: As someone who travels frequently across the globe, I can confidently say that the Grand Hotel Savoia Cortina d'Ampezzo sets a new gold standard for 5-star service. I have stayed in many luxury hotels worldwide, but I have never encountered a team quite like this. From the meticulous housekeeping staff and the professional spa therapists to the welcoming reception and the helpful valet team, the level of training and genuine care is exceptional. A special mention must go to the evening restaurant team. Even if you arrive feeling tired or bored, the waiters have a remarkable talent for lifting your spirits and making you feel truly happy to be there. Their energy and professionalism completely transform the dining experience. Congratulations to the entire team for the incredible work you do. Please stay focused on this path to maintain these extraordinary standards. It will be a true joy to return to you soon!

Great stay great staff and comfortable hotel.

Pros: Lovely property comfortable rooms great pool and spa. Attentive service and great breakfast. Great views and centrally located for shops.

Cons: Too far and steep to walk for any of the ski lifts and the hotel transfers were not complimentary which would have been nice for such an expensive hotel. Factor in cost of €80 euro a day for a ten minute journey there and back if you want them . Evening menu limited. Not much to do for non skier at this resort.

Unbelievable!

Pros: The properly was excellently presented and the staff were exceptional. We were celebrating a birthday and they pulled out all the stops to make them feel brilliant. They remembered from the morning and presented a strudel and candle at night when we were enjoying a few drinks. I couldn’t fault a single thing about the stay from the facilities to the staff. Will definitely recommend and stay again
