Hotel Al Sasso di Stria

Pros: The staff were lovely and worked really hard, especially the restaurant staff. We really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The people at the next table liked the look of our starter so much that they ordered the same thing.

Pros: Genuinely friendly and helpful staff (especially Nick) who went above and beyond to assist us with laundry and travel logistics to our next destination! Tasty food served at restaurant. Great location, comfortable room.

Stunning location

Pros: Location absolutely stunning, facilities very clean, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: Would not take dinner as standard, would have had more choice if just turned up for dinner and chosed from full menu, as opposed to restricted menu as part of full board, also able not to have a 3 course meal each night as well. Food fine, just prefer the flexibility of not having the fixed package. I'm sure that was probably an option, just did not realise it, or it was not obvious.

A stay in heaven

Pros: We were here for a one-night stopover, but the very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean room, and delicious breakfast made us want to stay a few more nights and explore the numerous nearby trails. The hotel's location is excellent, the service and the aroma of the interior are even better, and the breakfast will win your heart! Heaven! I want to come back!

Pros: The staff in the restaurant were great, I am a Coeliac and they were extremely helpful and friendly

Cons: We stayed in the building across the road and there was a bad smell when entering and exiting the building

Pros: The place. The River in the night. Nico was excellent.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome and well taken care of. My room was clean, bright, and spacious. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed and perfect for exploring the area.

Cons: If I had to mention one downside, it would be the shower cabin, which was quite small.

Pros: The breakfast was really varied and delicious. We were pleased with the possibility to book dinner or choose from the menu for dinner as well. The accommodation was in a beautiful mountain setting, close to famous tourist destinations. The hotel was very clean, tidy, the staff was nice and helpful.

Great place to stay. We would definitely come back again.
