Excellent

Pros: Beautiful stay, we loved the bar, the dessert time, the room, everything!

Cons: coffee and hot milk availability: there's no dispenser so we had to stop a waiter every time causing some long waiting.

Cosy Delight

Pros: This hotel was a real find. The dinner was lovely and the breakfast outstanding. Only a short walk into the village and access to the spa to relax after a day of hiking. Awesome hikes only a short drive away.

Cons: Our room was on 3rd floor so only had a bath and a hand held shower because if the low roof in the bathroom, something to consider if you want a shower.

Pros: Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. Staff were outstanding!

Pros: Everything. The spa was brilliant, very comfortable and exceptionally clean room. High quality food in the restaurant. Incredible breakfast.

Very good value for money.

Pros: Good location, good breakfast, plenty of facilities (spa, playground inside and outside, restaurant). Rooms spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outside had sun loungers on the grass to enjoy some peace and quiet. Restaurant had daily 4 course menu. Plenty to choose from.

Cons: One of the rooms we booked faced the terrace. Given that the rooms were already pretty warm in june, we had to sleep with all windows open because no AC. But given the people on the terrace in the night, very hard to get any sleep until midnight. Also, rooms could have better swept floors.

Stunning surroundings

Pros: Such a gorgeous place - nestled in the mountains, it's absolutely breathtaking! Reception, restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate here on our first night and the food was good. Breakfast was very good! We stayed in room 117 (I think) and the balconies had the best view! (There are 2 adjacent balconies - quite small and not the best for sitting on, but lovely for a breath of fresh air in the morning!) (Worth noting that room 117 is up a small flight of stairs and would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues, likewise for the adjacent room!) Our room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Bar has a good range of drinks and is comfortable and accommodating. Parking was also easy! If you fancy an aperitivo, I'd highly recommend Gilli Drink Room in the centre of the village!

Cons: Not a reflection on the hotel, but if you stay here midweek be warned, there is very little open on a Wednesday evening! If we had researched this prior, we would have eaten elsewhere on our first night (Tuesday) and then eaten at the hotel on Wednesday (we love trying new restaurants so will usually never eat in the same place twice).

A great winter break with family...

Pros: A great place to stay if one is intresteted in skiing. Great service, a very decent hotel for resonable price.

Cons: All was good.

Pros: The food, wish we had been half board as food was delicious, spa area was lovely.

Pros: The room was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, creating a wonderful atmosphere to relax in. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. As for the breakfast, it was truly amazing—they even catered to dairy-free options, which was such a thoughtful and considerate touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded expectations!
