Very nice experience

Pros: Room as expected, splendid. Very comfy bed, clean room and spacious bathroom. Great facilities not only those in the room but also in the hotel. Very pleasing spa experience. Lots to discover.

Cons: I expected to have a singe king matress but instead we received 2 matresses put togetger. This of course does not mean it was uncomfortable, as the bed was great and a plasure to sleep in

Wonderful but lots of Bambini

Pros: Food was excellent, bed excellent, staff friendly but seemed shy of us perhaps because we were not Italian.

Cons: As a couple we did not realise when we booked that it was a hotel orientated towards kids (bambini), lots of them. To that end it was less than relaxing at meal times although if you sat outside ( weather permitting ) it was better. We also did not like that for our whole stay of 4 nights we were stuck in the same corner table with no window for breakfast and dinner. In other hotels where tables are assigned they have been rotated. Another good reason to eat outside if the weather is good. Also water not always available outside of meal times unless you buy it, same with coffee or tea, which we felt was a bit tight for a full board booking.

Esperienza da ripetere!

Pros: La cura dei dettagli fa sempre la differenza e l’abbiamo trovata in questa splendida struttura. La camera era bellissima, il letto e i cuscini di qualità; lo staff estremamente cordiale era sempre a disposizione. Giornalmente sono organizzate diverse attività (a pagamento) che permettono di approfittare al meglio del soggiorno. L’area wellness/spa è ottima sia dal punto di vista della struttura che per i servizi proposti e il ristorante offre piatti preparati con materie prime di qualità. Anche la posizione è ottima: a pochi minuti di auto da Passo Rolle e S. Martino di Castrozza. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Cons: La nostra camera dava sulla strada e la mattina il via vai delle auto può dare un po’ fastidio a chi ha il sonno leggero.
