A wonderful and clean stay with great food!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Serena and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms were really beautiful and super clean, everything felt comfortable and very well maintained. We truly recommend trying the restaurant for dinner, as the food is excellent. We especially loved the dinner menu for only 25€, which included an aperitif, a first course, a main course, and dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also excellent and had everything you need, we really loved it. All the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Myriam, who was very kind to us throughout the entire stay. She gave us great suggestions on what to enjoy in the area and where to ski, which made our trip even better. Thank you very much, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Nice stay but very dated, rooms need updates at this price point

Pros: Fantastic location in downtown Cortina. Spacious room, nice staff, and absolutely delicious included buffet breakfast.

Cons: Very dated! This place really needs some upgrades, particularly at this price point and especially in the bathroom. While very clean, it still felt sort of musty, like you were staying at someone's grandma's house.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room also had a stunning view, which truly made the experience special.

Pros: We got a room that was a bit old, blankets too, but overall a good hotel. There is no kettle in the rooms. Good location. You can walk to the pedestrian street. Good heating. Good breakfast.

Cons: That there was no electric kettle in the room. And that there were much newer rooms in the hotel

Pros: Very nicely decorated in the winter, great parking space (indoors and outdoors), very kind staff.

Cons: The breakfast was good but quite short - especially for a weekend: they closed at 9:30.
