Beautiful hotel, helpful friendly staff

Pros: Well equipped room with lots of space & storage with everything we wanted and more. About a 10 minute walk to the beautiful town centre. Decent breakfast, with very helpful service and friendly staff

Cons: I couldn’t get Sky to work on the TV in the room, but that wasn’t a major problem

Pros: The location was really good, the rooms facing the back of the property were specially quiet. The rooms were spacious, lots of storage if needed. The hotel restaurant was really good and convenient if we were tired. The breakfast was great! The bed was big and comfortable. The showers were good, not great, but good.

Cons: The pillows were a bit lumpy. The water pressure for the showers could be better.

Pros: Very nice rooms. We took 2 different in the same week. Nice and spacious. The spa service is great and good price. The staff were great, specially breakfast and dinner.

Good hotel with great restaurant

Pros: Cortina d'Ampezzo was perfect location for our hikes. The hotel is bit out of the center but only few minutes walk. We had though lot of traffic noise big part of the nights. The room we got was very spacious with extra rooms on 2nd floor in the room. We had balcony which was good to dry hiking gear. The staff was very professional and friendly. The restaurant is top-class with great food and professional staff. There is a parking lot at the -1 floor and please book in advance as there are hardly parking lots in the neighbourhood of the hotel.

Cons: The interior of the room was bit old and worn. The lifts very extremely slow and scary.
