Stella Hotel - My Dolomites Experience

A perfect winter vacation

Pros: It was an amazing stay with truly wonderful staff and perfect location! Food was very tasty and varied. Room was clean and comfortable. • Ski Lift is behind the hotel • Ski Rent is next to the hotel (nice ski lockers in the hotel) • Parking near the hotel For skiers it is perfect, you can forget about the cars and public transport.

Cons: It would be much better if there was a SPA and Wellness complex in the hotel, but they don’t have space for it. You can use SPA in other hotels

Pros: Excellent service , location , very clean , the food , very friendly staff

Lovely stay in Val Gardena

Pros: -mordern style - spotless clean room -big tv -nice balcony -central location, close to main sights and public transport -free private outdoor parking area

Cons: - missing thea cooker for making thea or coffee in the room

A perfect place to stay

Pros: This hotel is exceptional. Everything was of a high quality. Food was amazing - I would really reccommend to order dinner too because every night they serve a different food that amazes. It was overall very clean. The location and staff was also great! Would love to come back.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, a bit pricey

Pros: Spotlessly clean, seems newly updated, very nice rooms, fantastic locker room for ski gear. Breakfasts very good

Cons: Most small details thought about but no facecloths, lift cannot cope at peak times (breakfast and apres ski sauna time) and dinners were a bit too ‘posh’ - hearty mountain food and typical Latin dishes would have been much better. No need for kangaroo and tasteless eggs/truffles

Pros: Top class hotel! Excellent room, food, and service. Ski lift 30 meters directly behind the hotel.

Cons: FYI: For loading and unloading you need to park across the street with heavy traffic.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very clean and large room and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast and the staff remembers you if you stay a couple of days so we felt even more welcomed. Get the dinner as well if you are staying here and you won't regret it - super delicious and fine dining meal. The best and most comfortable and memorable hotel stay that we have (ever) had, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for the lovely stay. It's also very conveniently located within Dolomites, and have free parking located close to the hotel (with a drop off point for luggage).

Fantastic stay and superb food

Pros: The hotel was really cosy and the owner obviously cared for every detail. The room was spacious, good beds. Breakfast really good with lots of fresh fruits. Dinner was excellent, they must have a Master chef in the kitchen. Short walk to the Champinoi gondola and we had a free ticket to the small Costabella lift that is right behind the hotel the whole week. Wellness locals really good, warm huge jacuzzi.

Great location, value for money, friendly staff, and very enjoyable overall.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was top quality, varied and special compared to other hotels we had stayed in. The free bus pass was essential for getting around, though the buses were very busy (often standing room only). The room was comfortable though next to the main road outside so a little noisy first thing in the morning. The spa was a great bonus and we used it a couple of times during our stay. We felt relaxed and valued as hotel guests.

Cons: We would have liked a kettle in the room so we could make a proper cup of English tea! But alas none.
