Pros: Location, food, cleanness, spa facilities, room size and layout, amazing hospitality by the owners, attentive service and perfect ski room.

Cons: The only thing I would improve is the quality of the mattress. Too soft. Also, a double-bed size mattress is preferable as opposed to two single-bed size mattresses.

Pros: The property was fabulous and clean, the spa section is cosy and clean. Our room was big and clean and had every amenity we needed. We had a fantastic view on the mountains. Pros: The location is absolutely stunning, breathtaking views right from the room. The interior design is elegant, with natural materials that create a cozy alpine atmosphere. The restaurant deserves a special mention. The absolute highlight of my summer was the steak tartare “Freina Style” with mustard ice cream. The combination was refined, creative, and absolutely delicious. The hotel is family-run, and you can feel the care in every detail. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, style, and heart. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only thing that felt a bit inconvenient was the glass wall in the bathroom, especially since we were traveling with a teenager.

Pros: Wonderful family run hotel with exceptional service. We travel extensively as a family and I can safely say this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. There is ample parking. The hotel's restaurant is wonderful and there are other lovely options around the corner. The location is fantastic with great hiking all around and Sassolungo at your doorstep
