Too short, too beautiful, to nice not to go back

Pros: Friendly staf. Very clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location just at the end of the centre and almost next door to the Ciampioni mountain cable car.

Super friendly staff - great facilities and room. Would strongly recommend!

Pros: The staff were super helpful and friendly - helping us with local hikes, restaurant bookings, etc. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was great with a wide range of choices and highly attentive staff - much better than I was expecting. Room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were an unexpected bonus - after a hard day in the mountains it was great to have a relaxing swim.

Cons: I didn't really have any issues - our stay was excellent and I couldn't fault the place.

Pros: Very good hotel in a great location with a great view The hotel is renovated and everything looks new Very good spa with a large and spacious sauna area Very nice breakfast I wanted to mention the amazing Carmen who served breakfast, and Lucia the receptionist for the wonderful service

Relaxing stay with excellent breakfast.

Pros: Free, convenient parking in front of hotel. Quick walk to Main Street for restaurants and shops. Rooms were spacious and clean and it was nice to sit out on the balcony with views of the forest/mountain. We loved the breakfast in the morning and were happy that it started at 7:30am so we could grab a bite before leaving early for the trails. Could use the spa/pool in the lower levels to relax after a day of activity. We were initially surprised that the saunas were co-ed because it is different than where we were from but it was fine.
