Great place for short ski break in winter.

Pros: Exceptional restaurant, specially dinners. Really great. Very good and friendly service. Rooms clean and well maintained even twice a day (winter). Good selection of food on breakfast. Nice SPA area including open air jacuzzi. Localisation directly on ski route. All great.

Cons: All fine. Just to be aware that ski-out is a bit limited - after 100m you need to take ski off and walk a bit to lift - you can go any side of the valley. Ski-in is fully functional, you ski directly to hotel ski room (through 1 floor stairs).

Overall the stay was excellent

Pros: Location, food, service, friendly helpful staff, great facilities for skiing on the day you check out

Cons: Wellness spa was not segregated and over crowded. Mixed gender not pleasant as female. People constantly talking loudly so no peace and quiet. But the set up was really nice, just not the other guests

Beautiful hotel, excellent food and staff

Pros: Nice rooms and excellent, friendly service by staff. Food was fantastic also. Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff.

Cons: Swirl pool outside not hot enough. Could be a health hazard. Heard a guest who is a doctor saying as much, particularly in relation to females.

Pros: Convenient location, near hiking trials and amenities. Room very clean and modern. Bathroom was spacious, shower pressure was good.

Pros: Wonderful hotel with excellent cuisine. Interesting exterior and room design. The staff were super friendly and provided helpful service. The room was expansive with a nice view. The hotel has excellent wellness facilities. Centrally located. Superb value for money

Make the effort to go, stay and recharge. You won’t regret it.

Pros: Looks a little different on the outside from others in the area, don’t let that put you off, when you walked in the door wow. You are welcomed as soon as you walked in. It’s smells amazing from its health and healing fragrancies. You are shown personally where to park and to your room. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. We loved how fresh and healthy everything was. They looked after all our needs. Asked where to hike and was shown a perfect hike. Our bed was super comfortable and we loved the effort of giving us 2 pillows. We really appreciate all the effort that went in to make us feel at home amd welcome. The hot tub was amazing after a long hike.

Cons: Nothing. We wished we could have stayed longer.
