Savoy Dolomites Luxury & Spa Hotel

Pros: We stayed at the Savoy hotel in the Dolomites and were truly impressed. The level of service is outstanding: attentive staff and a feeling that everything is well organized from check-in to dinner. A special thank-you to our waiter, Alexander — a rare combination of professionalism, tact, and genuine care. He made every dinner feel especially pleasant. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need, and housekeeping is consistently thorough and high quality. The spa area is excellent: five different saunas/steam rooms, and the pool that extends outdoors is a real highlight after a day in the mountains. Skiers will also appreciate the convenient ski storage room — very practical and comfortable. Breakfasts were the best we’ve had (and we travel a lot): great variety, top-quality products, and a lovely presentation. Dinners were equally impressive — delicious, varied, and complemented by an extensive wine selection. Savoy is definitely a place we’d love to return to.

Luxury stay in the Dolomites

Pros: The room and the bed was very comfy, the spa facilities very good. The hotel wasn't crowded, there was always a table for breakfast and dinner, both of which are excellent by the way. The location is amazing, real ski in / ski out. Staff is polite and very helpful.

Cons: There's nothing not to be liked in this place. Perhaps the wifi could be better but you should be skiing anyway.

Perfect for a relaxing stay

Pros: The breakfast was brilliant! Absolutely loved the fresh fruits, cakes and granola. The eggs on order were also freshly prepared and delicious. Toby at the breakfast tables was most charming and helpful! The Spa was one of the best ones we've ever seen! So artistic and amazing! The lady who received us at the desk with dark hair was very helpful and printed free bus passes for us. The location was also great!

Cons: The staff could be more welcoming and friendly. It would be nice if they had name tags. The blonde lady at the front desk would literally give us one-line answers. No one offered us any information about tours, local sights except the most brief answers. Everything else was amazing but staff could definitely benefit from some training in charm and warmth. Did not feel very welcoming.

Nice hotel and location with good breakfast

Pros: Location good, room really nice and spacious. Pool area was nice but hot. Breakfast was good

Cons: Parking compact but managed to find space each day. Had nice bar area but never saw anyone in it

A hotel that provides to all your needs

Pros: The whole stay was perfect, from beginning to end. Friendly staff, the most comfortable room with everything you could think off for making you relax and wind down after a long day hiking. Breakfast was superb, my kind of breakfast. So many healthy choices including some naughty treats. Would definitely recommend.
