Lovely cozy mountain experience

Pros: The interior is stunning, elegant and cozy in an old school way one would see only in winter romcom movies. Bonus points for beautiful sacral art here and there, if you're someone who like us doesn't want to stay in a place full of new age stuff this is the place to pick for sure. Breakfasts were tasty and diverse, will fuel many hours of hiking- I even got takeaway when we wanted to leave for a hike before I was ready to eat anything. Our room was quite large, the bed comfortable and I loved the bathtub. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, will go beyond your expectations to make your experience a good 11/10. We hope to come back again!

Cons: The only thing that could be an inconvenience is spa hours (16-20, pool with jacuzzi 7-21). If you want to use the saunas (which are great!!) it's good to plan for it in advance.

Wonderful hotel with fabulous service

Pros: Wonderful hotel in a fabulous location with the best service we have ever encountered in any hotel.

Cons: Missing English channels on the TV and access to Netflix etc.

Pros: What a wonderful place !! Everything was just perfect ! The staff were very helpful , after only one day you could feel like at home. Very high standard. Very clean and beautiful. I hope I can come back one day. Thank you for creating such and amazing place

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! We can’t wait to come back!

Pros: The location is perfect, opposite the main gondola and a short walk into town and to all of the best restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, had an incredible spa and was probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!
