Pros: Excellent location, just like 3 minutes walking to the ski lift. Private parking place. Warm enough in the apartment. Responsive host Dennis.

Cons: The only improvement I'd suggest for Dennis / Apartment is to replace the couch/bed on the base floor. It was convenient to convert the couch to a bed, but as a bed, it was not very comfortable.
