Very satisfied, especially with the staff and the food.
Pros: Very friendly staff, very good food and nice facilities and location.
Cons: It was a bit warm during night, so I missed aircondition. A small refrigerator would also have been nice to have.

Beautiful Hotel with great service
Pros: Lovely welcome we arrived quite late.Joanne the receptionist waited specially for us. Helped us even with cases😊 Because we missed dinner she organised a nice cold platter. Which was plenty and very tasty. Food is very good. Buffet breakfast very tasty lots of choice. Dinner's are amazing every evening 5 course menu served at the table by very friendly staff. The salad buffet as starter very very good infact amazing. So are the next courses. Hotel is run by family Mayr. Papa and Son in the kitchen dishing out beautiful food.Mama with daughter Eva in the restaurant very friendly looking after guests. Always very helpful and nothing is too much. Eva speaks very good English so that was a great help. Rooms are lovely clean and comfortable. Great beds good mattress. Lovely balcony overlooking beautiful Dolomites. Defenatly would be coming again.
Cons: I think there should be a kettle tea coffee for early or late drinks

A very enjoyable stay at a well run hotel which offers excellent value for money.
Pros: This hotel is conveniently situated in the centre of Castelrotto with convenient access to local public transport and chair lifts. The hotel is well-established and the family owners are closely associated with its day-to-day management which is relaxed, friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well -appointed. The cuisine is excellent with ample choice both at breakfast and dinner. We look forward to our next visit

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel Mayr/ jederzeit empfehlen.
Pros: Wir fahren im Nebenhaus untergebracht. Sehr einfache Zimmer mit Balkon, aber völlig zweckmäßig. Die Lage einmalig, sehr nahe der Seiseralm. Familie Mayr ist mit Herzblut bei der Sache, jeder Gast wird persönlich angesprochen. Man erkundigt sich warmherzig, aber unaufdringlich ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auch das Serviceteam ist mit Freude und guter Laune bei der Sache. Beim Frühstücksbuffet bleibt kein Wunsch offen, auf Wunsch werden Rühreier für jeden einzeln frisch zubereitet, und bereits beim Betreten des Frühstückssaales werden einem ab dem 2. Tag die Kaffeewünsche von den Augen abgelesen und frisch serviert. Abendmenue 1A, alleine das Salatbuffet der Hammer. Kurzum, Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel Mayr jederzeit empfehlen.

Pros: E’ stato tutto perfetto. Quello che ci ha colpito di più è stata la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, che ci è venuto incontro per ogni esigenza. Ottimi i pasti, sia la colazione, sia la cena, con vasta scelta di piatti adatti ai bambini.

Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen
Pros: es hat angefangen bei der Begrüßung durch die Senjor Chefin , herzlich , mit alle wichtigen Informationen, Zimmer sauber und großzügig, Frühstück und Abendessen bestens, übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Service immer präsent, hat die Wünsche schon im voraus erkannt und immer sehr freundlich, auch die Verabschiedung durch die Chefin war etwas Besonderes.
Cons: Da ich Möbelhersteller bin, schaue ich immer auf die Möbelausstattung, die bei dem Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber noch immer gute Tischlerarbeit präsentiert, beim Buffet ist es etwas eng, wenn mehr Personen und Personal anwesend ist,
