A great familial hotel

Pros: This familial hotel was a great experience ! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and provided info about the buses and ski lifts in the area, as well as complimentary tickets. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, with a great view on the mountains. The breakfast was generous, with a lot of options. We also enjoyed the hotel bar and their selection of local drinks and homemade ice-cream. The hotel is well situated within Castelrotto, with private parking and a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. It is a very good spot to stay at to explore the area (Alpe di Siusi, Seceda and Ortisei). The price of the room was also very fair, considering the quality of the overall experience. We highly recommend this establishment for anyone wishing to explore the Alto Adige region !

One of the best hotel we ever stayed during our euro trip- exceed expectations

Pros: This hotel is better than exceptional. To start with, have a smooth checkin process. The owner is amazing making sure you have as amazing stay as you can. The location is mind blowing. The cable car boarding of alps de suiss just few mins bus. Secede cable car station is 35 mins by bus. The bus stop is 30 seconds away from this hotel. Hotel give you free bus pass as long as you stay. The room is really big, rare you find in Dolomites. Interior is so appealing and aesthetic. 100 out of 100 for cleaning, room clean everyday. There is extra blanket. Along with owner, all the staff is really nice from house keeping to cafe staff. The coffee is only 2.5 euro. The breakfast has so many variety. This property is really big, the hotel looks so awesome from outside and inside. Everywhere it's decorated so well. We could sadly stay just 3 nights, I felt I should have stayed more nights here as we were so emotional after checking out this hotel and beautiful town of kastleruth.

Pros: Pleasent view. The family who runs the place are very accommodating. Wonderful cafe in place. Quiet and romantic ski hotel. They also speak German, Italian and English very well.

Pros: Family owned, friendly staff, bus stop very close that takes you to lift, breakfast was fantastic.

Exceptional

Pros: Everything! The location was not too touristy and acted as a good base for us to access to the attractions. The staff made us feel very welcomed and was extremely helpful with recommendations. We also got complementary bus passes which lasted for 7 days! Room was clean and spacious, and we got a double room facing the main road and benefitted from a cool mountain view. Breakfast was included which included a variety of bread and cereal. Will definitely stay again!

Cons: WiFi could be improved as it was often disconnected/weak when we were in our room on the third floor. There was also no lift - wasn’t a problem for us but for those with huge luggages, you might have a small problem. However there were only three floors so it wouldn’t be too tough to climb up!
