Pros: A comfortable hotel, very short distance from the bus station and town centre. Room was very silent when you close window and balcony door. There's a barn next door with cattle and chickens, which someone may find noisy (and maybe a bit smelly). I personally didn't mind, found it actually relaxing to watch animals from balcony. You can always close the door and window.

Cons: Absolute nothing to complaint!

Great location with a great breakfast and a nice staff.

Pros: Location was great. Pool and spa were well done and well maintained. Good quality breakfast.

Cons: My only suggestion would be to hear the small pool to jacuzzi/hot tub temperature.

Gentilezza, cortesia e relax. Che piacere stare qui.

Pros: Siamo stati trattati con estrema gentilezza e simpatia da tutto il personale, dalla reception, alle addette alle colazioni, alle signore delle pulizie. La gentilezza e la disponibilità sono davvero un plus importante che fa la differenza tra una struttura qualsiasi e una nella quale ci si trova a proprio agio. Ottima anche la zona wellness, con piscina (a mio gusto personale qualche grado in più sarebbe meglio, ma magari sono freddoloso io) e sauna sempre puliti e molto piacevoli. In macchina si arriva in fretta in tutte le altre cittadine della valle e alla cabinovia per l'Alpe di Siusi (c'è anche il bus gratis), ma soprattutto in cinque minuti a piedi in mezzo a stradine pulite e silenziose si arriva a godersi il centro di Castelrotto, con i suoi servizi e ristoranti (consiglio la passeggiata fino alla chiesetta di San Valentino, una meraviglia). Insomma, se cercate una vacanza rilassante in un posto piacevole e sereno, il Savoy è un indirizzo ottimo.

Pros: Accoglienza, pulizia, colazione tutto veramente al top! Ottima anche la posizione centrale con tutti i servizi a distanza di cammino. Molto apprezzata anche la disponibilità del parcheggio gratuito. Consigliatissimo!
