Hotel Villa Kastelruth

Wonderful experience

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at a remarkable hotel in Castelgrotto and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, I was warmly greeted. I requested an early morning taxi pick up for the following day and they made me tasty lunchbox to go because I would miss out on their breakfast. The dinner I had was outstanding. The service was impeccable. The spa was so relaxing. I highly recommend staying here. You will love it.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect

Pros: Room very clean, excellence position to reach the Siusi's funicolar. Excellent breakfast.

Pros: Krásné prostředí Dolomit. Krátká vzdálenost k lanovce na Seiser Alm, fungující spoje autobusů, návaznosti. V Hotelu výborné večeře o více chodech. Příjemný personál.

Albergo ideale per una settimana bianca perfetta

Pros: L'albergo ha davvero tutto ciò che si possa desiderare: è ben arredato, accogliente, lo staff è sempre disponibile e cordiale, le attività (ad es. durante il cenone di capodanno o il Sella Ronda con guida) sono ben organizzate e piacevoli, la colazione varia e la cena ottima (per non parlare della merenda!). In più vi è la comodità di poter usufruire della navetta al mattino per la cabinovia. Non vediamo davvero l'ora di tornare!

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt an Top Lage in gemütlich und familiärer Athmosphäre

Pros: Sehr schönes Zimmer mit viel Sonne und guter Aussicht auf die schöne Bergwelt Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Man ist in 2 - 5 Minuten zu Fuss mitten im schönen Kastelruth. Gratis Parkplätze. Das umfangreiche Frühstück war sehr gut und auch Nachtessen HP waren gut, hätte manchmal wärmer sein dürfen.

Cons: Leider wurde uns ein nicht eingenommenes aber frühzeitig abgemeldetes Abendessen (HP) trotz vorheriger Zusage nicht rückvergütet. ... und Booking.com Unterstützung in dieser Sache war schleppend und unzureichend.

Enchanting stay with wonderful staff

Pros: Charming property in a prime location in wonderful Castelrotto! I stayed for the first 3 nights during my first solo trip in Europe & it was perfect. I did half board, which made it so relaxing. The variety was great & food was delicious!! This is a great intro to the Dolomites; easy & straightforward to reach. I absolutely fell in love with this town and would stay in the (very spacious) solo room again!

Cons: This night owl wished the spa stayed open later.

Remek szállás gyönyörű helyen professzionális vendéglátással

Pros: Fantasztikus elhelyezkedés, a szobából és a teraszról gyönyörű kilátás, kedves fogadtatás, tisztaság, választékos reggeli és finom vacsora. Itt valóban minden azt szolgálja, hogy a vendég jól érezze magát.

Cons: Ilyent nem tapasztaltunk.

Our hotel stay was extraordinary, best accommodations on our 3-week trip throughout Italy.

Pros: Proximity. Nice and remodeled room. Luxury accommodation at an affordable price. Dining was extraordinary. Staffing was extraordinarily kind and considerate. Especially the operations manager who went out of her way to accommodate our special requests including gluten-free options and meal planning , travel needs and requests and welcoming hospitality. Rick Steves needs to stay here.

Cons: Needing a little more signage directing us towards the front entrance.

Amazing place, delicious breakfast and superb staff.

Pros: It was amazing hotel had nice pool and hot tub with beautiful views. Breakfast was incredible. Dinner was superb. Nice and very professional staff. Hotel manager was amazing gave us lot of information and helpful tips and recommendations. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect- walking distance to the town center. If we ever comeback to Italy we will definitely stay here again. Joanna & Artur from USA
