Pros: Our apartment was everything we could ask for: comfortable, beautiful, quiet, and clean. The SPA facilities were fantastic; we loved relaxing in the outdoor pool and saunas. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated them making an exception to accommodate our dog, even though it's not their standard policy. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

An unexpectedly exceptional stay in a beautiful location
Pros: Superbly run boutique hotel in pole position next to gondola giving easy access to mountain behind hotel. Ebikes available to rent and daily info sheets to plan days if needed. Staff excetional. The hotel was completly refurbished to a high standard in 2023. We were 1/2 board and enjoyed excellent standard of cuisine.
Cons: Would be churlish to critcise anything

Pros: Almost everything. Rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. The staff is very professional, kind and allways ready to help you.
Cons: Minor things can be improved regarding the SPA area and its management.

Good location hotel in the mountains
Pros: The hotel has a great location, close to many main attractions in the area. A big part of the hotel has been renovated recently, our room was very nice and elegant! They are dog friendly that is a big plus. The breakfast was very good, the dinner was okay too (they served some very retro dishes), but overall it was fine. The staff in the restaurant and bar was super nice 😊
Cons: A big part of the spa (downstairs) is still very old and used, like the sun beds are full with spots and old-school not in the good sense. The pool bag and all bathroom and pool towels are still the old ones, from the time the hotel was still a 3 star hotel, it’s not very elegant to still offer the old, weary towels and ask for a higher 4 star price. We didn’t have a set of slippers that are usually provided in this category hotels. A jacuzzi would be nice, or a higher temperature in the pools as the water was cold, and we had to get out relatively soon as we were freezing.

A great vacation! I took a day extra because I didn't want to go home!
Pros: Location, verry dog friendly, good dinner, big room
Cons: Breakfast almost the same in every morning, verry tasty but the same meal. The pillow are too soft. The sofa bed not the best I sleep ever but it work...and a sugestion - in the toilet and bathroom need to exist a night light and a shampoo (in a 4 star hotel it supposed to exist shampoo, shower gel and body lotion in the room)

3 night stay in the summer months
Pros: Pool and spa facilities were lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food (dinner and breakfast) were excellent. Information about the local area, free access to the local bus services and the adjacent ski lift. Hiking and cycling trails on the doorstep. Superb

Incredible property in the heart of the Dolomites!
Pros: Can't speak highly enough of this property! Starting off, the property itself is just stunning and the amenities they have onsite are top notch (the view from within the outside pool is unbelievable). Monika and her team were so kind and welcoming, and provided tons of great recommendations and were just always available to help make our stay as best as possible! The room itself was sleek with such a comfy bed and amazing bathroom and private balcony. Breakfast in the mornings was just the best open buffet with such a wide variety of cold and warm options! We never took advantage of the dinner there, but their options always looked great. Could not recommend this property enough though to spend your time in Castelrotto and the surrounding area!
Cons: Room didn't have any air conditioning, and the warmer weather made the room a bit warm/stuffy at night but we left our balcony door open to let in some air which helped some.
