Location, space and quality!

Pros: Location, space and quality! 3 minutes walking from city center Merano! The appartment is very spacious, 3(!) balcony's with great views and enough room for 4 adults and our dog. The materials used in the apprtment are high quality, the floors, the kitchen, the kitchen-devices, even the vacuum cleaner was better than we have at home. Washing maschine and dryer at disposal. We had a very nice stay in our beloved Merano. The appartment is larger and of more quality than you expect based on the booking.com photos

Meraviglioso!!

Pros: L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, completamente ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è un valore aggiunto all'appartamento già di per sé molto bello, in quanto in meno di 5 minuti sarete in pieno centro a Merano. La signora Letizia è stata super gentile e disponibile! Lo terremo sicuramente in conto per prossime visite nella zona!

Eccellente, quando tornerò in città cercherò assolutamente di soggiornare nuovamente da questo Host.

Pros: L'appartamento è nuovo e fornito di mobili ed elettrodomestici di qualità. La posizione è eccellente, vicino al centro. Chi ci ha ospitato è stato sempre rapidissimo a rispondere, gentilissimo e cordiale. Unica piccola pecca il parcheggio a pagamento vicino è funzionale ma leggermente costoso per chi deve lasciare la macchina una giornata intera.
