Central location that is peaceful, clean and comfortable.

Pros: The location was great. Breakfast is not provided as part of this booking and there is no restaurant on site. Nice and clean apartment. Central location that is also quiet.

Cons: On a 9 night stay, a larger stock of coffee packets and toilet paper would have been nice. Once you ask they were very good about providing but I would prefer not to have to keep visiting front desk for TP.

Pros: Perfect location close to the old city center and the thermal hotel

Cons: Only comment to let it be updated is the parking. The entry is not suitable for deep cars. The rest is clean, modern, good teste architetture

Very relaxing and comfortable unit. Would recommend it. Parking was free. Security was good.

Pros: It was a great location and clean. Extra bonus was a free frozen yogurt machine that changed flavours - Delicious - so refreshing. We used it as a base to visit family. Very convenient. Owner was lovely and helpful. Close to restaurants, self service laundry mat and town.

Pros: A modern and tastefully decorated property with many amenities, including a wonderful rooftop terrace. Great location - just a few minutes away from the city centre and the mineral baths.

Cons: Bathroom was big, but a bit leaky. Bare in mind that this is just a rented studio - there's no drinks or food, no breakfast, no bar, etc.

TOP a Merano

Pros: ottima struttura e ottima posizione. I proprietari davvero gentili ci hanno accolti e dato mille consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo, ambienti ampi e comodi. Nei pressi della struttura si trovano il supermercato e l'edicola ed è a cinque minuti a piedi da piazza Teatro e dalle terme. Da ultimo c'è anche il parcheggio interno. In definitiva davvero ottima struttura.

Pros: Ottima posizione vicino al centro e alle terme, gestori molto disponibili, camera spaziosa e pulita con tutto ciò che serviva. I bambini hanno dormito sul divano letto e sono stati benissimo.

Sehr sauberes, modernes und ruhiges Apartment mit nahem Anschluss an das Stadtzentrum

Pros: Neu renoviertes, sauberes, modernes Apartment, zentral gelegen, ruhig, gut ausgestattet. Höchste Stufe der Sauberkeit! Die Anreise und der Check-in waren gut organisiert, es gibt eine Rezeption (sehr selten inzwischen) Parkmöglichkeiten entlang der Strasse oder in der Tiefgarage. Fussläufig erreichbar das Zentrum von Meran. es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Cons: Da das Apartment voll automatisch klimatisiert ist, konnten wir die Heizung nicht etwas höher einstellen (zumindest ist es uns nicht gelungen) Wollkleidung empfohlen. Das Bett mit nur einem Laken (italienische Art Matrimonale) ist nicht unsere bevorzugte Bettwäscheart. Ebenso wie die Kunstblumen und Duftspender ist die Art des Bettes aber Geschmacksache. Bei grossen Autos würden wir die Tiefgarage nicht empfehlen, ist nur für kleinere Wagen geeignet.

Pros: Ein kleines familiengeführtes Appartementhaus, in dem man sich gleich wohl aufgenommen fühlt. Der Empfang ist diskret und doch aufmerksam. Die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos . Das Appartement war modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns gleich heimisch. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Teure Unterkunft mit Herz für Details

Pros: Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgerüstet. Es sind selbst eine Zahnbürste und Duschmittel vorhanden. Man sieht, dass das Unternehmen den Anspruch hat, dem Gast einen herzhaft gute Unterkunft zu bieten. Ein Gastgeber mit Begeisterung für Komfort und Verwöhnung.

Cons: Es ist eben nicht einfach Südtirol sondern auch italien. Beim Aus-checken kommen die Überaschungen: Zu den Kurtaxen kommen auf einmal Gebüren für den Parkplatz dazu. Also total 30€ zusätzlich zum Buchungspreis, welcher ohne Geniusrabatt von Booking ganze 265€ pro Nacht sind, das wären dann fast 300€ pro Nacht. Beurteilen sie selbst. Der Preis für eine Wohnung ohne Frühstück find ich doch schon sehr hoch.
