Nice apartment with a good location

Pros: Easy to walk to centeum in just a few minutes. Close to bus stop to be able to get to gardens of trauttmansdorff. Clean and fresh, good with laundry facilities and being able to enjoy the evening on the balcony

Schöne Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Meran

Pros: Sehr ruhige Toplage in Meran. Sehr kurze Wege ins Stadtzentrum und zu Bushaltestellen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und außerordentlich sauber. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und freundliche Kommunikation mit Hausmeisterin und Vermieter. Modernes Badezimmer. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Cons: Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz, der aufgrund seiner Abmessungen mit einem größeren SUV wohl nicht genutzt werden kann.

Pros: La posizione è perfetta c’è il garage quindi non ci sono problemi per parcheggiare la macchina . pulizia perfetta Bello anche il poggiolo fronte alberi dove si vede un po’ di vegetazione

Pros: La posizione, la pulizia e l'efficienza. Si era rotto l'asciugacapelli e ci è stato prontamente sostituito.

Cons: Il parcheggio è in un piccolo garage sotterraneo. Non ci ho lasciato l'auto per paura di rigarla durante le manovre.

Pros: Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter ruhiger Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Bushaltestelle ca. 300 m entfernt, u.a. mit Fahrmöglichkeit nach Trauttmannsdorf. Bequeme Couch. Grosser Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Schöne Essecke in der Küche. Alles Notwendige an Küchenutensilien und Sonstigem vorhanden Schönes Bad mit grosser Dusche und Waschmaschine. 2 Balkone mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn (aus dem Nebenhaus?) sehr \

Pros: Posizione eccellente vicino il mercatino e casa accogliente, fornita di tutto.

Cons: Non era molto comodo il cuscino del letto... x le mie necessità troppo grande. Per il resto tutto bene.

Schönes Apartment mit einer super Lage um ein paar schöne Tage in Meran zu verbringen!

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Innenstadt. Direkt vor der Haustür ist das St. Josef Altenheim in dem man sehr gut Frühstücken kann und einen leckeren Kaffee bekommt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und die Wohnung bietet alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
