Pros: L'appartamento era perfetto in ogni cosa con spazi ben organizzati, angolo cottura estremamente funzionale e completo di tutto. L'appartamento è stato caldo ed accogliente durante tutto il soggiorno. Bagno pulitissimo ed ampio. Posizione supercentrale, con mercatini di Natale e Terme veramente a due passi. Altro vantaggio, molto gradito, il parcheggio interno. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Merano (e dintorni) bellissima

Imperdibile a Merano.

Pros: L'appartamento è in una posizione centrale, all'interno di una bellissima villa d'epoca e dotato di parcheggio all'interno del giardino. È finemente ristrutturato e accessoriato. La proprietaria è gentilissimo e disponibile. A Merano non si può desiderare di meglio!

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig, und das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Wir sind von Dorothea sehr herzlich empfangen worden. In der gemütlichen, blitzsauberen Wohnung haben wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Unser Teene-Sohn fand es toll, dass er sein eigenes kleines Reich auf der Empore hatte. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und dennoch in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der Parkplatz direkt im Hof. Für uns eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Molto molto bello!

Pros: Posizione eccezionale, in centro città ma con silenzio notturno. Anche se piccolo, l'appartamento è ben disposto e anche architettonicamente originale. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto affabile.

Cons: Mi è piaciuto tutto. Solo per chi volesse trascorrervi periodi più lunghi suggerirei di aggiungere una lavatrice

Soggiorno top Merano

Pros: La sig.ra Dorothea, proprietaria dell'appartamento, ci ha accolti calorosamente facendoci sentire i benvenuti. L'Appartamento in villa storica è situato in un luogo tranquillo ma a due passi dal centro raggiungibile a piedi e si affaccia sul loro giardino privato con posto auto riservato. Pur trattandosi di un monolocale soppalcato, presenta comunque un disimpegno ed un grande guardaroba risultando così spazioso e su misura per una famiglia con bambini...pulitissimo e completo di servizi cucina e biancheria per il bagno e camera... Data soggiorno 1-3/07/2025

Pros: sehr freundliche Vermieter, die im Hause leben und sehr schnell auf Wünsche oder Anregungen reagieren. Die Lage ist absolut top. man ist in 5 min in der Innenstadt.

Pros: Lage sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz für Kfz und sichere Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder vorhanden. Kurzer Weg ins Zentrum.
