Pros: The location is excellent and the apartment is really spacious and modern.

Cons: The bed wasn't the best and we couldn't find more blankets. It would be great if they had an iron board / steaming for the clothes.

Huge, historic and beautiful apartment in the city center for great price.

Pros: The apartment is huge! On the photos it looks two times smaller. The building is amassing: a historic house with vaults. There are new and antic furniture, modern kitchen and bathrooms equipment. The balcony meets the grape hills and mountain. The price is great for the quality. We were extremely happy to live there.

Pros: Great location and lovely appartment with a lot of inteligent details. Everything you need is very close.

Cons: We were only missing kettle for water boiling as we are not only cofee but also tea lovers :)

Pros: Appartamento in pieno centro. molto grande e completo di tutti gli equipaggiamenti. Posizione tranquilla. Vista sulle montagne e terrazzino. Facilità di check-in.

Appartamento in centro a Merano

Pros: Appartamento delizioso, molto ampio e accogliente. Camere ampie con anticamere, due bagni (uno solo con wc , l altro completo), cucina con tutto a disposizione (lavatrice, stoviglie etc). Posizione super centrale.

Cons: Essendo in centro, il parcheggio non è comodo e comunque a pagamento. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda, eravamo in 4 in casa ed essendoci uno scalda bagno piccolo dopo due docce l'acqua usciva fredda. Abbiamo segnalato la problematica al proprietario che si è dimostrato disponibile e abbiamo suggerito di risolvere per i futuri ospiti.

Pros: Posizione ottima In centro e le terme raggiungibili in 5 min a piedi. Parcheggio a pagamento a 200mt. . Appartamento grande e letti comodi. In Questo periodo è perfetto per visitare il mercatino di Natale di Merano.

Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Pros: Die Lage war top, die Wohnung ist riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar Kaffeekapseln waren da. Absolut empfehlenswert! Der öffentliche Parkplatz war nur 10 Minuten entfernt und drei Tage für 50 Euro absolut OK.

Cons: Wir konnten den Fernseher nicht anmachen. Eine Gebrauchsanweisung wäre gut. Für uns war es aber nicht wichtig. Eine Garderobe im Eigangsbereich wäre sinnvoll.

We loved Merano and our stay at Franz Haus was perfect.

Pros: Amazing location in the centrum. Clean, comfortable, beautiful view from the terrace.

Cons: The only thing we would suggest is directions or a google map pin to the parking. It’s best to go there first and then it’s a short walk to the apartment.
