Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt

Pros: Die Lage von Portico32 ist unübertrefflich. Mitten im Zentrum.vom wunderschönen Meran. Obwohl das Fenster auf einen Hof hinausgeht, wo eine Pizzeria abends lebhaften Betrieb hat, ist ab ca 10:30 Ruhe. Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet, mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und auch ein Fliegengitter gibt es vor dem Fenster. Man kann Tee, Wasser etc für wenig Geld kaufen und auch Regenüberwürfe für 2 €! Abwicklung unkompliziert und freundlich.

Cons: Das Bett war für mich suboptimal. Zu weich, (ausgelegen?) und das Duvet samt Überzug Billigstware und luftundurchlässig, daher hitzestauend. Ausserdem alles etwas eng, nicht sehr hell.

Cons: Man darf nicht lärmempfindlich sein, man ist eben mitten in der Stadt.

Pros: Stanza accogliente. Hai tutto quello che serve sotto casa bar, supermercato, negozi. Esci di casa e sei praticamente in centro comodissimo se non vuoi prendere la macchina. Ottimo poi il prezzo non scontato in questo periodo dell' anno.

Pros: Die Lage ist traumhaft. Auch konnten wir gut unsere ebikes im abgesperrten Gang abstellen.

Cons: Dieser Betrag wurde gleich bei Ankunft in bar verlangt: 50 Euro für Bettwäsche, 15 Euro pro Tag Parkhausgebühr, sowie Kurtaxe. Hätte ich lieber gleich im Preis gehabt und überwiesen. Booking com sollte für diese Kosten keine Provision verlangen.

Pros: Einfaches aber sehr sehr liebevoll ausgestattetes Zimmer in perfekter Lage. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Teller, Tassen, Gläser und Besteck alles da was man für ein kleines Frühstück braucht. Ganz lieb ist das kleine Angebot an Getränken und Snacks die man direkt kaufen kann. Dusche ist super, sogar mit Regendusche und richtig heißem Wasser sehr entspannend. Die Lage direkt in der Laubengasse ist unschlagbar. Direkt von der Türe aus in eine der schönsten Straßen Merans. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Selbst mitbringen oder dort mieten. Aber das stand ja irgendwo in der Beschreibung also ist das schon okay. Die Matratze war für mich persönlich etwas zu weich, aber das ist ja nur meine persönliche Einschätzung, meine Tochter hat seligst geschlafen.
