Almost like a hotel, but with quirks.

Pros: Great location, quiet, parking space is right there.

Cons: No WiFi, electricity blows out sometimes even when only lights are on. Weird garbage disposal in the garage inside a basement behind two dirty doors. No basic amenities like hand soap or shampoo.
