Will come back to Ortisei
Pros: Ortisei is absolutely beautiful. The instruction brochure contained all the information we needed and as soon as we completed the check-in and paid the taxes they provided the code for us to access the house. It was easy to access, the flat is well equipped, clean, well located, comfotable and beds were great
Cons: There was just one bathroom and we were a party of 7 people. Hicking and exploring the area with a big group was a massive task to complete every morning. The rest was great.

Cons: The property is run 100% remotely. There are some forms to fill out that you get emailed after you reserve, then after you complete them you are given access to instructions and the codes to unlock doors and the garage. Sauna access is limited to 30 mins per room between 5pm - 8pm, laundry is €5 per use (be honest, leave money in the room when you leave). They make this work, and I understand it probably saves costs, but it's a bit annoying. I'd prefer to have some available on site to assist if required and it'd also be more comfortable if you could freely access the sauna, laundry etc at all times. The room had no iron, no bathtub, no stove, just a cooktop. Overall, it was still a very good stay.

All and all we really enjoyed our stay at the Chalet and some aspects really exceeded expectations.
Pros: The views were great! Our appartment was well furnished and had plenty of space to rest between activities.
Cons: The elevator from the basement was very slow. We would have appreciated if there was salt, pepper and maybe olive oil already stocked in the kitchen. Althoug there was a very comprehensive booklet about the property, we still felt like the rooms could have been a little better identified...

Worth it if you're near Ortisei
Pros: Localtion was amazing, very nice view from the balcony and overall a nice place to stay. Sauna was well maintained and very easy to use. Amenities in the apartment were all available

Pros: Dobrá lokalita a dobré zariadené a čisté ubytovanie. Dobrá poloha s výhľadom na Ortisei.
Cons: Trochu ťažšia orientácia pri príchode.

شقه رائعه جدا وتستحق التجربه
Pros: الشقه على سفح جبل يطل على وسط اورتساي شقة جميله جدا جدا صراحه استمتعت بالاقامه فيها انا وعائلتي
Cons: يوجد دورة مياه واحده فقط للأسف. هذا عيبها الوحيد الشقه بارده جدا صراحه فيه حطب لكن ماعرفنا كيف نستخدمه ولا بلغونا الشقق انه للاستخدام فخليناه لهم. الي بيجي ياخذ احتياطه من الملابس بارده جدا بالليل. وصلت بعد الساعه 11باليل وتعليمات الرقم السري لم تكن واضحه جدا اضطريت اكلمهم وبعد نص ساعه قدرت ادخل.

Pros: موقع اعلى التبه تشرف على مدينة اورتيساي التي تبعد عنها 5 دقائق بالسياره ،، مطله ع الطبيعه والسحاب زيارة لاتنسى خصوصا انه لم يكن احد في وقت زيارتي في الشقق المجاوره مماجعلني استمتع بكامل المكان

Spacious and Scenic Stay with Room for Improvement
Pros: Our stay at Chalet Alpina was delightful! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bedrooms were cozy and warm, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathrooms were modern and inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of plates, mugs, and all the essential cookware. The highlight was the breathtaking view from the balcony, where we could admire the distant town of Ortisei and the stunning surrounding mountains. Parking was very convenient, with a garage located in the basement and an additional garage right next to the house. We also appreciated that the road to the house was plowed daily, which added an extra sense of safety during our winter visit. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Chalet Alpina!
Cons: The one downside of our stay was that we only received the door code at the official check-in time. After traveling overnight and all day from overseas, we found it stressful to coordinate with the apartment owners while driving. Thankfully, our cell phones worked in the country, but we couldn't help but wonder what would have happened if they didn’t. In that case, we might have been left with no option but to sleep in the car. It would have been much more convenient and reassuring to have the door code shared earlier.

המקום מקסים, מושקע מאוד, דירה נוחה ונעימה. המארחים לא נעימים ולא מסבירי פנים בעליל.
Pros: וילה מושקעת מאוד, החדרים מרווחים מאוד, המקום נקי ומצוחצח. שתי מקלחות נקיות, עם זרם מים מצוין. נוף מקסים מהחדר, והדובדבן שבקצפת - סאונה יפיפייה שמשקיפה לנוף ההרים. דרך מושלמת לסחים את היום.
Cons: המארחים די מגעילים. בטעות לא מילאנו את הצ'ק אין האינטרנטי, שרק אחרי שממלאים אותו מקבלים את הוראות הכניסה לדירה. פספסנו את המייל הזה, אבל החיוב בכרטיס האשראי ירד במלואו ולכן הסקנו מכך שההזמנה שלנו אושרה. הגענו בשעה 19:20 לוילה, ניסינו להיכנס לדירה ולא הצלחנו. ניסינו ליצור קשר עם המארחים - והם לא היו זמינים בוואטסאפ. מסתבר שמשעה 19:00 אפשר להשיג אותם רק בטלפון ולא בוואטסאפ - בעוד שהחבילה שעשינו לא כללה שיחות טלפון, כך שלא ניתן היה להשיגם. אחרי שעמדנו אובדי עצות קרוב לחצי שעה בחוץ בגשם, אחד מהאורחים האחרים בדירה הראה לנו שיש אפשרות להכנס בעזרת מפתח חירום שיש לדירה. נכנסנו לדירה, והודענו למארחים במייל מה קרה וביקשנו שישלחו לנו קוד כניסה לחדר כדי שנוכל להכנס בצורה מסודרת. למחרת המארחים איימו שיביאו לנו משטרה כי לא מילאנו את ה check in ששלחו לנו, ושאנחנו שוהים בדירה באופן לא חוקי, וזאת כאמור למרות שסלקו את כרטיס האשראי מראש, כשביצענו את ההזמנה, כחודש לפני שהגענו למלון!
