Pros: Nice and clean apartment as expected from pictures and descriptions. Kitchen end everything else was well equipped.

Cons: The payment process and check-in required some extra work as you have to do this in another webside (muse holiday). This did work out well, but it is some extra effort.

Charming apartment in central Ortisei

Pros: Good location & oulook up & down the valley ; 10 minute walk from the lifts and town centre buses ; excellent washing machine and dryer in the apartment; Separate toilet in addition to full bathroom ; short walk (5 mins down steps) to supermarket .

Cons: Shower nowhere to put soap; only one key for group so had to organise time to meet back at apartment.

Would be perfect other than a couple of smallish niggles.

Pros: The location is great and the size of the apartment offsets negatives. Be aware that Via Stufan is a one way street and there are few house numbers visible. There is no number visible for no 69. Keep an eye out for the sign on the right hand side of the street pointing to \

Cons: The apartment is managed by the Muse booking company. The key must be picked up from their office on the way into Ortisei. Muse are right into technology and information links within documents sent via Booking.com message. If the link does not work, then it is the fault of the viewer. Although requiring a direct email address, Muse never used this email. Check out time is 9 am. Why? Setting such an early departure time might be convenient for some reason, but the convenience of the renter was not factored in. Be aware that while kitchen equipment levels are excellent, no food or condiments are provided. Bring your own salt, pepper and olive oil. The bathroom was recently renovated and great care was taken to provide as little bench space as possible. There is nowhere in the shower recess (which is roomy and has good water pressure) to put shampoo bottles, razors etc other than the floor. This could be a major issue for some people. We brought the children's high chair in from the utility room and placed it just outside the shower around the screen edge, so we could use the tray to put our things on. How hard would it have been to have installed a ledge within the shower recess. Although we did not use the (large) bath, we could see that it suffered from the same problem, as the bath lip was curved all the way to the edge. No bottles, books etc could be put onto the edge of the bath.

Pros: Absolutely delighted with our stay at this charming apartment in Ortisei! The location is nothing short of perfect, providing us with easy access to both the bustling city center and the tranquility of local trails, all the while situated in a calm, serene area. Our hosts deserve special mention. They were incredibly attentive and focused on enhancing our experience, truly going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The apartment itself is a blend of comfort and beauty, decorated with a distinct aesthetic flair that made us feel at home immediately. From the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up homemade meals, to the tastefully arranged living spaces, every element contributed to our enjoyment. In essence, our stay was nothing short of a 10/10 experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ortisei. It's a rare find that combines location, comfort, and a welcoming host in such a harmonious manner

Hospedaje de ensueño, hermoso lugar!

Pros: Me encanto el departamento, las camas eras super cómodas y el baño super amplio, cómodo y moderno, comparado a todo lo que vi en ortisei!.. la cocina se encontraba super equipada para cocinar y prepararte cosas pero si era necesario que vayas al super a comprar todos los insumos (lo podes hacer caminando, todo es recorrible a pie desde allí). La ubicacion era ideal, ibamos caminando al centro sin problemas. Desayunábamos en el comedor con vistas increíbles a las montañas! un sueño! El departamento super acogedor y cómodo, realmente pasamos super bien nuestra estadía en ese lugar, con la hermosa vista.

Cons: Creo que estaria bueno que se cobre al momento de reservar el hospedaje, ya que figura que puedes pagar al llegar, pero en realidad debes abonar de forma anticipada. Te envían un link por donde realizar el pago, que al comienzo no me causaba mucha seguridad, pero era fiable. Una vez abonado el pago te permiten ingresar al departamento de forma directa sin tener que ir hasta las oficinas de la empresa que administra el departamento. Pero el resto, espectacular y super bien explicado el funcionamiento de la casa, el como llegar y las reglas del lugar.

Pros: Bardzo przestronny i funkcjonalny apartament. Położony w odległości spaceru od wszystkiego, co jest potrzebne: sklep, restauracje, centrum miasteczka, basen. Dedykowane miejsce postojowe pod domem. Narciarnia.

Cons: Przesadnie skomplikowany sposób rezerwacji i odebrania kluczy - dostajemy mnóstwo wiadomości, ileś tam maili. Jest tego po prostu za dużo. Klucze odbiera się z innego biura na terenie miasteczka - znaczenie prostszym rozwiązaniem byłaby zamykana skrzyneczka przy samym drzwiach.

Pros: The location was super close to the town center. Clean, convenient and comfortable apartment. We love it and will definitely recommend the place to our friends! We particularly love that the apartment comes with not only washing machine, but also a dryer!

Cons: One tiny suggestion. I wish some shampoo and shower gel were provided. I understand that it is not a hotel and the host is not obligated to provide such supply. However, it will be so helpful for people traveling far since they might not be able to bring liquids on the flight.

Pros: Gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer guten Mischung aus Alt und Neu

Pros: A városközpont, ill. a felvonók gyalogosan könnyen és gyorsan elérhetők. Gyönyörű a panoráma. Nyugodt környezet, pihenésre alkalmas. A tömegközlekedés a fenntarthatóság jegyében kibocsájtott kártyával használható.
