Great base for accessing the cable car systems. Clean, quiet and secure.

Pros: (1 bedroom appt upstairs Sept 2025. hikers) All very clean and in good repair. Spacious bathroom, basic kitchenette, comfy bed, lots of storage. Covered balcony with corner seating, use of garden and deckchairs. Car garaging under property. Great advice on the area from Lukas the Owner who lives in the building and he forwarded bar codes for free local bus travel passes to us via Watsap. There is a pleasant path accessible from the back of the property which leads either to the road to catch a bus along the valley to S Christina or the other way towards town. It links up with the free escalator to take you down into town ( decent supermarkets) or up for the connection to Seceda cable car. We had a 3 day cable car pass and did multiple places each day. The best food is from the Refugio restaurants while you are up the mountains in the daytime,home cooked dishes better than in the towns.

Cons: The seating which is typical I’d say for chalet accommodation so no comfy chairs. No payment was taken via Booking.com it’s direct, so pay the owner by bank transfer before your stay or Euro cash notes on arrival. Contact the owner by Watsap for clarification as a transfer on arrival can take days to clear.

Pros: I would stay here again in a flash. It was so nice to have an apartment with everything you could possibly need. Location is amazing - walk to town and all of the gondolas. It really was perfect in every way. Bed was super comfy too

Pros: I have to say, the owner Lukas gave us the warmest welcome imaginable — truly a golden-hearted person. He helped and advised us with everything, from where to eat to the best places to explore, always with patience and genuine care. We stayed here during our honeymoon and had the best experience possible. The apartment itself is spacious, romantic, and very clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the air… just wow. I honestly have no words — it was an unforgettable experience in every way.

Perfect stay at Cesa Sara!

Pros: We had such a great stay at Cesa Sara! The host was very kind and gave us good recommendations. The location was ideal for skiing, we could reach Alpe di Siusi and Seceda cable car and then the Sella Ronda. We could also take the bus to reach the other villages.

Pros: Lukas was a really good host that helped us out with all the hikes we wanted to do. The apartment and the outside area was fantastic!

Great place in great town.

Pros: Great location to discover the Dolomites. Well equiped kitchenette. Very spacious rooom and good beds. We loved it here.

Cons: The bubble bath and gym are a bit outdated, but better than nothing.

Perfect accomodation in a picture perfect location

Pros: The property was in such a good location with a fantastic view over Ortisei village. We were close to everything from cafes, to gelato shops, the gondolas, supermarkets, bus stops, hiking tracks. Luca the host was so friendly and accomodating. Couldn’t recommend this more. He even upgraded our room at no charge which was so nice. We really enjoyed sitting out on the outdoor furniture where we had prepared cheese boards most nights and enjoyed the mountain view.

Cons: Nothing, it was wonderful!!!! Maybe some salt and pepper in the kitchen but otherwise perfect!

Dobra lokalizacja. Piękny rejon.

Pros: Apartament czysty i wygodny. Duży taras. Blisko do gondoli zlokalizowanych w Ortisei (bez konieczności dojazdu autem). Jako wynajmujący dostaliśmy Val Gardena Guest Pass-darmowa komunikacja publiczna, która bardzo sprawnie funkcjonuje. Rejon piękny, na długo zapamiętamy nasz pobyt w Dolomitach :)
