Beautiful spacious apartment, great for a larger group insisting on some individual privacy

Pros: Very spacious apartment, great bathroom facilities, beautiful view of the valley and the slopes.

Cons: The ski bus doesn't bring you to the Alpe de Siusi lift, which is the main lift in the area and having to carry your skis around all the time is not specifically convenient. Alternative is to park your car near the lift (at a cost).

Absolutely superb hosts, comfort and bedrooms !

Pros: Very large and comfortable bedrooms; the host was very helpful and friendly; beautiful views; clean, quiet.

Cons: Livingroom was somewhat small to entertain 8 people

Wonderful apartment, wonderful village and a wonderful region

Pros: We spent our Christmas holidays with two families in Marlene and Gunnar's apartment. The composition of the apartment allowed us to have family privacy while still being together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and have been modernized with premium materials. The apartment has magnificent views over the village and the valley, thanks to its elevated location on the mountain. Make sure to rent a locker for your ski gear at the Seceda lift, there is a ski bus but if you miss it, the 12 minute walk is steep :) Marlene and Gunnar are excellent and communicative hosts, they also organize a bread/breakfast delivery service, which is very practical. We would definitely recommend this place !

Beautiful Villa.

Pros: The property had ample parking . The views and location for skiing were so nice. Very well situated for walking distance restaurants.

Cons: This home needed a microwave.

Pros: Beautiful property, very clean and friendly, responsive hosts!! 4 beds each with bath which was wonderful!! Very cozy with fabulous views and a lot of outside seating. Rushing waterfall on the side of the property !! Just heaven!!

Cons: It was uphill from the town center which is a bit tough if you don’t have a car! However, taxis always available for reasonable price in town. Pillows were a bit flat and only 1 per person. Would have liked maybe one more.

Pros: Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war völlig problemlos und freundlich - wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir waren zum Skifahren in St. Ulrich und es hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir sind zu Fuß zur Gondelstation Seceda gelaufen (ca. 10 Min.) und haben dort unsere Ausrüstung im gemieteten Schließfach aufgewahrt. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ideal. Ein Schlafzimmer und das zugehörige Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig, das andere eher klein, insbesondere das Bad, aber das war kein großes Problem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung hat zusätzlich ein Wohnzimmer, wo man sich aufhalten kann. Das Haus ist etwas höher gelegen, was einerseits bedeutet, dass die zuführenden Straßen recht steil bergauf gehen, andererseits, dass man einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt inkl. Bergpanorama hat.

Prachtig ruim luxe appartement met een adembenemend uitzicht.

Pros: Een prachtig appartement met een adembenemend uitzicht. Mooie slaapkamers, allen met een eigen luxe badkamer met heerlijke bedden. 2 badkamers hebben zowel een bad als een douche. En superschoon, een hele complete keuken en je kunt smorgens verse broodjes bestellen die ze klaarleggen bij de deur.

Tout simplement parfait.

Pros: Appartement vaste et propre très bien équipé. La vue incroyable et l’emplacement idéal pour partir en randonnée. Les hôtes étaient présents lorsque nécessaire.
