Nice house, excellent location

Pros: Modern designed, equipped with all necessary devices. Very nice and helpful host😊. Cable car Ried to Kronplatz’s peak it’s only 5 minutes walk from the apartement. We’ve received free access to the heated ski box (for 4 pers) and also card for the parking. Also: Sudtyrol Guest Pass cards was given free of charge, so we could use public transport (train station is at the cable car stop). It was really nice to stay there!

Good value for money

Pros: Spacious and bright apartment in just 5 mins walk from Perca ski station. Fully furnished kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Huge panoramic windows with a direct view to Kronplatz. Very helpful hosts supplied free of charge access to parking and locker box at ski station for the equipment.

Cons: A bit unstable WiFi, which was dropping from time to time. No extra discount at rental offices, which is sometimes a nice benefit.

Pros: Lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with stunning view from the balcony. Great location, easy to find, very close to Brunico, 3 min walk to large supermarket, pizzeria and bar. Welcoming and nice host.

Pros: The apartment was super clean, spatious, very well equipped. Really beautiful with sunny balcony. Cosy. You feel like home Very stable wifi. Located in walking distance from ski depot, pizzeria and supermarket. Parking directly by the house. We also got a park card to citi parking and ski depot card. Trully great service. The host and entire host family super friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem. Languages spoken: Italian, German and English. We had an amazing stay and want to thank the host family for proving that to us:-)

Pros: Everything was perfect. We got additional information about sightseeing object around from host and even got regional train tickets. That was awesome for our kids. Beautiful view in balcony. We would be happy come back again there. Parking place for car right at the door of the apartment.
