Very nice place for group vacations with car access

Pros: Nice apartment and super helpful host. We didnt get the chance to see the hosts, however they are always available and fast in communicating. Binder with information about what to do, where to eat, facilities are really practical and helpful.

Nice

Pros: Very nice and clean appartment, beds really confortable, kitchen exceptionally well equipped, rally nice bathroom with walkin shower, balcony, terasse, good spot for sking and closed garage at the appartment which is a perfect thing.

Cons: Eveything was really good, one thing that might improve is the layout is the appartment had a separate toilet from the bathroom. Noise isolation on a ceiling is a bit thin so you may hear upstairs neighbours. The biggest problem is that the building doesnt have its own trash bin. So you need to collect your trash and take it to the village or further and search for the trash bins around which is really ackward and a problem. This should be solved by the owner and its the only issue that makes the stay less then ideal. The other issue is that there is a nearby a new ski lift which is really convenient but no parking. So you need to drive to main ski lift in Brunico. So could be great location for skiing on Kronplatz if the local community start to think about tourinst and makes a public parking next to the new ski lift.

Perfect

Pros: Such a great place. We were 4 persons and stayed in 3 rooms. The house is so comfortable. There are all you need, plus parking option, garden and balcony. Michaela was so kind, helpful. I strictly recommend this place.

Pros: Location is near Perca ski lift around 500 m, very clean and nice, we parked our car in the garage. Communication with host was easy and fast. Recommend for skiing on Kronplatz.

Ottimo appartamento a 2 passi dalla stazione di Perca

Pros: Ottima la posizione a qualche minuto a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Perca integrata con l'ovovia che porta alla cima del Kronplatz. Camera doppia spaziosa, calda e accogliente. Ottima la pulizia di tutto l'appartamento ed il soggiorno con divano, tavolo e TV ti fa sentire a casa. Il parcheggio privato coperto è un plus! Consigliato AAA+++!

Pros: L’arredamento e la pulizia. Posizione buona se si vuole andare al lago di Braies e alla ciclabile di San Candido. Proprietaria disponibile e gentile. Ci ha lasciato anche 4 capsule per il caffè

Cons: Nei servizi era compreso il tostapane ma in realtà in struttura mancava. Ma questa è proprio una piccolezza. Andava tutto benissimo
