Pros: Výborná lokalita v centru města, ve vzdálenosti několika minut pěšky je řeznictví, pizzerie a supermarket. Ocenili jsme dostatečný prostor pro 6 lidí - 3 ložnice, 2 velké koupelny, velká kuchyně a balkon. Běžecká stopa pod okny.

Cons: V zimním období bychom ocenili v kuchyni více hrnků na čaj a konvici na čaj. K bytu je k dispozici pouze 1 parkovací místo.
