Spacious, comfortable, great location

Pros: Spacious living room and kitchen. Separate bedrooms and two bathrooms are great for comfort and privacy. The location is great since its right in the center of Predazzo. It is quiet at night apart from occasionally hearing some bigger cars driving by (not much and not very noisy). Great private parking and having an elevator is also an advantage. The lady handing over the keys was very nice. For skiers: it is like 3 minutes drive to the predazzo lift parking. PS: there is a solid pizzeria right below the apartment.

Cons: One of the bathrooms is rather small but it is not too bad. Some of the kitchen utensils do not work on the induction stove. The linen and towel service is paid separately but the total price is still great regardless. One of the beds is a bit too soft but we still managed to sleep comfortably.

Pros: Very nice apartment. A lot of space. Regulation of the heating directly in the apartment what was comfortable. Few minutes from apartment is a supermarket. About nine minutes of walking is nice pizzeria but reservation is needed.

Soggiorno in famiglia… con vista!

Pros: Appartamento mansardato di grandi dimensioni, molto accogliente e ben strutturato. Situato in pieno centro, con comodo parcheggio riservato. Vista fantastica sulle montagne.

Pulizia eccellente, casa deliziosa, accogliente e vicina a servizi utili.

Pros: Zona perfetta, facilmente raggiungibile e adiacente a molti servizi. La casa è bellissima, curata, ben fornita specialmente in cucina e con spazi comodissimi. Ci ha davvero colpito il livello eccellente di pulizia e ordine. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti e ospitali. La raccomando al 100% perché ci ha regalato un'esperienza molto piacevole. A pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono diversi impianti di risalita per chi desidera sciare e questo è un vantaggio che ci è servito molto.

Bellissimo appartamento nel centro di Predazzo

Pros: Comfort luminosità e posizione dell'appartamento. Staff gentilissimo

Pros: L appartamento era confortevole ,pulito, la posizione centrale al paese . Simona è stata molto cordiale e gentile. un soggiorno davvero piacevole. consiglio questa struttura !

Inak spokojnosť, bez problémov, príjemný a milý prístup hostiteľky pani Simoni.

Pros: Dobrá lokalita, výťah, vlastné parkovacie miesto, čistota apartmánu, dve kúpelne a priestranná kuchyňa.

Cons: V jednej izbe príliš mäkká posteľ, mohlo byť o niečo lepšie vybanie kuchyne, v obývačke by sme prijali väčší gauč s protišmykovým poťahom a väčší prístelok pre 5 osobu.

Pros: Krásná lokalita uprostřed města. Obrovský apartmán se vším, co jsme potřebovali.

Rilassante e senza imprevisti.

Pros: Tutto… casa accogliente e pulita adatta ad una famiglia che viaggia con un cagnolino. Le camere sono ampie e anche i bagni sono adeguati a una famiglia. Hai anche il parcheggio interno quindi non diventi matto a trovare posto.

Cons: Nulla, è in centrissimo e a piedi vai ovunque e trovi tutto quello che ti serve.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in eine sehr gute Lage. Gute Betreuung. Ferienwohnung zu empfehlen.

Pros: Die große der Ferienwohnung, das große Wohnzimmer und die Lage im Zentrum von Predazzo

Cons: Leider gab es ein Problem mit der Stromleistung und das Licht ist ab und zu mal ausgegangen weil die Sicherung aufgegangen ist.
