Pros: Very good location, close to the supermarket but very quiet. Morden furniture and very new facilities. Two bedrooms and two toilets. We have everything we want in the apartment, even sauna. Kitchen is also well equiped and morden. Fantastic! We will comeback 😃

A week of walking and biking in paradise.

Pros: Amazing location, super modern and clean apartment. Lovely and super helpful owner. Supermarket 100m away, restaurants 50m away. Quiet and peaceful. Main cable car only a 5 minute walk away. An added bonus was the infra red sauna to ease aching muscles after a day in the mountains.

Cons: A washing machine on site would be a nice addition.

Selva is a perfect location for all activities in Selva, St Christina and Ortisei. I highly recommend Villa Margareth!

Pros: Villa Margareth is a beautiful, new property perfectly located in central Selva. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is attentively equipped with everything needed and is extremely comfortable with heavenly beds and linens. The kitchen appliances are modern and we really appreciated the Nespresso machine with pods and the Sodastream for sparkling water. The bathrooms have modern fixtures and the shower is powerful. We also really enjoyed the infrared (?) room in the bathroom. Our host, Constantina was lovely. She met us upon arrival, answered many questions and provided helpful advice about Selva. Parking is provided and includes a few outdoor spaces and a car elevator to additional parking in the basement. There is access to laundry which was very much appreciated!

Best apartment in the Dolomites!

Pros: Fantastic host, beautiful property, amazing central location. The apartment had everything we needed for a week long stay with our family of 4. I especially loved how modern, clean, and comfortable it was. It is centrally located and we never had to use our car during our entire stay due to the included bus passes.

Pros: L'emplacement est excellent. A quelques mètres du supermarché et restaurant. Le condo est neuf et très bien décoré. Les lits sont très confortables. L'hote est tres sympathique et serviable. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
