Always a great place to stay.

Pros: This was our third stay,at the Villa Malpensa -great location,near shops,slopes etc -room spotless and cleaned daily -Olivia the manager is extremely helpful -beautiful apartment

Pros: Spacious apartment, kitchen with all utensils for comfort cooking, smart bathroom. Great location, near hiking trails, grocery shop and cable cars.

Cons: We had a problem with heating and reception-cleaning lady couldn’t help with that because of hotel’s authorities so she brought us portable heating radiator and we appreciate her help. Hotel staff is not available in booking apps chat, we texted them multiple times and got no answer

Lovely days and nights on the feet of the mountains.

Pros: We were welcomed by a lovely and friendly lady. We could park our car on the front of the building which is located in a very quiet street. The view to the mountains from the windows was great. The apartment had everything to cook properly, two balconies, and even a sauna inside the bathroom. The building is really secured and well maintained. I would love to come back during the winter.

Cons: The sofa bed in the living room/kitchen is far too old and not comfortable at all. It should be replaced.

Dolomites vacation

Pros: Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Good kitchette facilities and the location and views are amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons: Washing facilities and an iron would be useful, but it was as advertised.

Very pleasant stay in great location

Pros: Superb location - quiet but just a short walk to ski lift, shops and restaurants. Very nicely decorated apartment with beautiful views and two really nice balconies as well as whirlpool bath and sauna in the apartment. A few basics provided would be useful - some coffee, tea, sugar, washing up liquid etc. and upgrading pillows to hotel standard would be good - two per person. However extra pillows were provided immediately upon request by the friendly and helpful housekeeper. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a great location and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great stay in very nice and clean apartment

Pros: You can see ski slopes from the window. Walking distance to the ski area.

Pros: The villa gardena apartments were having works completed, we were quickly offered alternative accommodation in Santa Christina, hotel Macianoni, which the ratings relate to. The staff where thoughtful in delivering the news and had an excellent offer of alternative accommodation.

Fab, fully equipped apartment within walking distance to town. Highly recommend. Watch out for high € for dogs!

Pros: Lovely location within Gardena with private parking and the free bus pass was useful, being a short walk to the bus stop. The apartment was incredible, extremely well thought out and finished, a large bathroom with sauna, lots of lighting, motion lights and an incredible electric reclining bed. The lady on site was very friendly and obviously hardworking and always on hand. The in house gym was great and again finished well. A fantastic complex and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it felt like a fancy home from home. I’m sure the views from the upper apartments were great (ours was the lowest floor)

Cons: It would be great to have chopping boards in the kitchen, about the only thing they didn’t have :) Most annoyingly, the extra charge for the dog was extremely excessive, especially as we are very clean. Also we didn’t know about this until after we booked, as it’s not listed on the booking.com page so was a bit late by that point (it said dogs accepted). Our 4 day stay cost an extra €140 which is crazy, our dog is very clean and well behaved, and it seems very excessive and made the accommodation very expensive. Perhaps a (reasonable) total end cleaning fee for a dog would be better like all of the other accommodations we’ve stayed in within The Dolomites + The Alps. Also it would be good to know the check in set up prior to turning up as we couldn’t get through to anyone and when we called the number provided on booking.com it wasn’t answered. Eventually the lady appeared but we wasn’t sure what to do for about 15 mins.
