An excellent location and a great modern flat

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to Col Raiser lift and some great hiking trails. We liked the decor- great furniture and modern bathroom.

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund zum Wandern in der Region und es war sehr gut. Wir würden wieder mieten.

Pros: Gute zentrale Lage. Ebenerdiger Zugang, kleiner Garten, sehr gut für den Hund. Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schönes Badezimmer mit kleiner Waschmaschine. Ruhiges Haus.

Cons: Die Wohnung muss leider sehr früh bis 9:00 Uhr geräumt sein. Die Schlüsselübernahme erfolgt im Nachbarort. Das Büro ist nicht gut ausgeschildert, die Bürozeit hat eine lange Mittagspause von 12-14 Uhr, dies ist bei der Anreise mitunter ungünstig. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr einfach, die Kaffeemaschine sehr klein. Trotz Neubau ist der Elektroanschluss offenbar zu niedrig abgesichert, die Hauptsicherung fliegt schnell raus und befindet sich leider im Keller. Es gibt keine zentralen Mülltonnen im Haus bzw. Keller. Der Müll muss in kleinen Behältern auf der Terrasse gelagert werden, das geht nur für eine kurze Zeit.
