Memorable, luxury resort with so much attention to detail

Pros: Everything pretty much. I booked this place for my partners birthday and it was the best experience. The attention to detail, service staff knowing who we were and were we were seated without asking our room number after the first day. Everyone wishing him happy birthday on his birthday without us reminding them on arrival. Everyone was so kind and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. The room was everything and more than expected. Food quality and diversity was brilliant and the concept of 7 courses and the menu for the next days plans was a lovely touch. Spa and facilities were lovely. It would be nice to have a few more experience rooms in the spa but the infusions were an amazing touch and the morning meditations. Absolutely amazing place.

Cons: We loved everything but would have liked if they had more yoga or meditation classes and possibly something for the evenings to do even if it’s wellbeing based. I also would have preferred if it was optional to wear swimwear as not everyone is comfortable going nude and it made me more stressed and tense where I was coming to a place to relax but I understand this is my own personal preference and the hotel follows its own cultural and health standards. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and experience

Absolutely amazing hotel.

Pros: Absolutely amazing hotel. Exceptional setting, facilities, food. Everything was perfect

Cons: An area of the spa is for nudists only, which we didn’t realise before booking, but we just had to embrace it

A truly relaxing stay with wonderful surroundings, great wellness facilities, and delicious food.

Pros: Wonderful hotel, I can’t recommend it enough. The reality is even better than the photos. The location, the facilities are stunning, and the surroundings are beautiful. What really makes it special is the team : exceptionally caring and helpful, they made the stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. Many thanks to them.

Pros: Beautiful unique building, amazing amenities, wonderful meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Amazing position, beautiful SPA, wonderfull Swimmimg pools... gourmet and artistic food All employee guys are every day and every time with a beautiful smile!! I recommend it to anyone who loves relax and snuggles in every sense.

Excellent stay

Pros: This hotel is truly special. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We even got a breakfast box packed for our early hike. The sauna infusion was an incredible experience. We loved staying here and can’t wait to be back.

Beautiful hotel but service not extraordinary

Pros: Beautiful hotel in nice location between the Alps and the Dolomites - great food and wonderful spa area

Cons: Pool was not really serviced so you often have to carry your own chair etc if you want to enjoy some relax time at the pool- also the pool bar was rarel staffed. A bit strange for a 5star hotel

Amazing hotel but needs air con in summer

Pros: Great hotel, lovely staff, delicious food, wonderful location. Comfy bed and nice sized room with great view

Cons: No air con, not really acceptable considering the cost of the hotel. Its a high end, expensive hotel so needs air con as it was 30 degrees outside. The fan offered was a nice gesture but it didn't keep us cool so I was uncomfortably hot. We arrived at night and our room was swelteringly hot as no window had been open all day.

Nice hotel, but you don’t get exactly what is advertised.

Pros: Beautiful views, cozy room, amazing food, friendly staff, great architecture and design.

Cons: They don’t advertise on the website that half of the spa facilities is naked only - which means if you don’t feel comfortable to get naked, you can’t use it. We were not pleased by that. I don’t want to see other people’s private parts on my relaxing holidays. You can use one big pool on a different floor which is nice but that’s it in terms of spa.
