Exceptional

Pros: The hotel was fabulous in every way! Great location, great facilities, the food was amazing - especially dinner. I had a skiing accident while staying at the hotel and the team and staff were exceptional in helping me and my family during this time. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Wonderful, relaxing family retreat

Pros: Amazing wellness facilities, quite big saunas, two amazing pools, location is the best, only 600m from ski slope Plose. Food was excellent, overdelivered. 🙌⭐️

Cons: Beds could be a bit harder, but since the hotel is not brand new we assumed mattresses were only a bit worn.

A fantastic anniversary trip 💓

Pros: When I initially read the reviews and there were multiple comments about the quality of the food, I was impressed but reading and then actually experiencing the diversity and quality of the food, it far exceeded my expectations. We are big foodies, and this was our heaven! On top of that, the wait staff are superb, so professional but yet fun and engaging, we particularly liked Alex the sommelier/waiter that we had the majority of the time. He knew just how to interact with us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. But to emphasize the quality of the staff; everyone was amazing with their friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness. The attention to detail demonstrated throughout the resort gave the sense that this is a passion for the owners, which is so wonderful to experience. This was our 30th wedding anniversary trip, and it was an incredible time, one which we will remember fondly. Thank you again to the whole team!
