Comfortable hotel in Brixen with lovely pool

Pros: The room and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. The hotel is an easy walk from the centre and sights of Brixen. The garden and pool are beautiful but unfortunately we weren't able to swim because the weather was showery and cool.

Cons: The breakfast room was rather too cramped when full with particularly heavy, unsuitable chairs with large arms which were difficult to get in and out of. Our room overlooked the road and we were woken by children and parents going to school early each morning. The Reception lady leaves for the night at 9pm, which we weren't aware of when the drive through the Brenner Pass in the rain took longer than expected. I now realise I should have made her aware, but when I've done this at other hotels, they have told me not to bother.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful stuff. We had to leave early in the morning, and they let us have breakfast at 7. There is a possibility to reserve a parking space nearby. The hotel is close to the city center, and the neighborhood is very clean.

Would stay again

Pros: Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and beautiful with a comfortable bed, breakfast delicious and we enjoyed the little details that made it special, like sage butter, fresh herbs and homemade cake. Plenty of glutenfree options too. The garden is absolutely wonderful.

Cons: Not a problem per-se, but something to note for travellers looking for quiet and relaxation: the hotel seems to attract a lot of families with younger children. So, while the garden/ pool look idyllic on the pictures, they can get quite busy.

Pros: Wonderful hotel! Super service and they upgraded us for free. Let us use the pool on the day we arrived ( early check in at 11.00 ! ) . Wonderful town , good breakfast, and including the Brixen card for our stay . Saved a lot of money to be able to ride with the cable car 🚠 for free !

Pros: Very cozy, idyllic, romantic atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bike rental free of charge. Daily Vouchers 10% Discount for Dinner at Traubenwirt. Beautiful garden and pool area to relax.
